Well bro, If there are a Job Crises in INDIA, its the Failure of Land laws, Judiciary Laws, Taxation Laws and Executive Laws. China have a Jury System laws and its Land Price is very much Lower than India's Land Prices, Also India have a Collegium Judge system in their Judiciary which is the reason behind, Why there is lots of Job Oppurtunities in CHINA than INDIA.

I don’t buy the narrative which the companies tell population are not skilled enough and they have to train candidates for 1-1.5 years. I agree that India’s education system is not industry relevant but companies all over the world have graduate training programs regardless of whatever the education system you pass out from. I have done my masters in the UK companies have 2 to 3 years of graduate programs despite UK’s education system being one of the best and regardless you do internships elsewhere or even in the same company during your studies it’s compulsory for you to attend the training program. In other countries like France and Germany also it’s the same. Better companies don’t give lame excuses it’s just they want to get away with hiring youngsters and would rather prefer experienced candidates over them.

1st and foremost step: 1. Even to become a peon, you need some qualifications. People becoming Ministers need to be adequately/highly qualified to even contest elections. For e.g. the Ministers in China are only selected from the corps of highly qualified technocrats, CEOs ( like Sundar Pichai), and intellectuals/professors.

India missed its opportunity already. Their population is way too big now. They needed massive labor-intensive manufacturing jobs decades ago, like China. There's no way they can produce the necessary number of jobs because those manufacturing jobs aren't going to go to India.

I run an SME in Bangalore and I’m unable to hire anyone in the 40/50k a month salary range. Most graduates I deal with have little to no skills let alone communicate in English. There is also a sense of entitlement and complex some of them have against small IT companies. The ones we end up hiring constantly complain about even doing a steady 9-5 job on a daily basis. No professionalism nothing

I am waiting for that day, when UPSC notification will say... Unemployed youth are not allowed...They must possess experience. Oh ok. First, they make us sure that one should not do jobs till completion of 14 years of School education. Then, Ofcourse one have to have some further education if they are somewhat good at School. Then, to continue with filling UPSC form with number of attempts, one need to earn money professionally and legally ok. No wonder, During Preparation itself, I am having lectures on Unemployments. You earn as per the output you give to the society/organization, and the output is a function of your skills, hard work and morality. Here skills largely depends upon the education/training institutes of the country, motivation of teachers and parents and their persuasion techniques. Morality is necessary for a long term success because you could only get loyal customers/clients/markets when you work with morality/values/principles (the prime example of this is Tata's). After a stage everyone does hard work in their respective field but without proper skills/morality. So, in conclusion I think there is a big role of government here to focus majorly on imparting of world class/industry-based skills to people and moral values in every school and college and monitoring/evaluating the same by making it a compulsory thing everywhere and by providing funding/infrastructure support exculsively for the same. Government has a major role in this because it has huge power and funding to implement it on a PAN India level. If all this is not done on war-footing now then the future will be like mass unemployment/disguised unemployment or very low labour force participation rate which will put pressure on the government to provide higher subsidies and free money/facilities to the people by taxing middle class more (Rich ones won't be affected as talented CAs and Lawyers will help them out, also the government won't make them unhappy as they could easily relocate to a better tax friendly destination outside our country). At one point of time the government will struggle to manage the overall revenue and expenses, because at one point of time the people (who'll have low skills) seeking for free money/facilities will outweigh those who contribute to the GDP of the country which might create our country's situation like that of sri-lanka and venezuela. Kerela, Himachal and Punjab are already feeling the heat.
