Don't forget in earlier August 2020, Erdogan made his speech about Jerusalem, stating it belonged to him, and he rejected the existence of Israel, because it is not a Muslim state. @@mrsarcasm6885 oh dear. According from pan-Turkists, the Indians, Chinese, Persians and Russians are Turks. Even Japan and Korea are Turks. Even USA, Mexico and Peru were Turks but getting Europeanised. They even made false claim about Africans being Turks. So what's your standard "Turk Empire"?
@huwenkai4404 жыл бұрын
@Jeremy P The Turks also have an identity crisis, too, only this has never been stressed properly in this nation. This is best example by the pan-Turkists, which obsessed on claiming "Turk Empires" heritages, but going as far as making bizarre claims that Japanese, Australian Aborigines, Dravidians and Koreans are Turks. They just don't know what is the meaning of a "Turk", even when they are Turks themselves. Neither Iran is an ally for Turkey, as Iran disdains Turkey over Syria, Iraq and Iran's secret cooperation with Kurds.

It's not Turkey getting involved, it's the neo-Ottoman caliphate trying to spread Islam again, this time under the guise of Turkish nationalism. Personally, I don't have a clue why non-Muslim Turks would support such a regime for anything.
