I have worked with builder, D.R. Horton throughout the country and Charlotte quickly became one of my favorite places they build. On top of the great activities, there are really affordable homes and just so many opportunities in general. Great video...thanks for highlighting one of my favorite cities!

As a Charlotte local, born and raised, its sad that I’m actually thrilled at leaving Charlotte now.. so many people from up North have moved here and it’s become a chaotic scramble of your typical 9-5 worker stuck in traffic and angry. Quit coming to Charlotte we are full!

That's everywhere man. Try living in Dallas with almost 8 million people. I'm doing an internship in Charlotte now though. If Charlotte had better highways it would be better. The one thing about Dallas though is it has one of the best designed highway systems and the most advanced interchanges.

Charlotte is a nice city,but many people struggle in Charlotte. Job market has low paying jobs.The rents are going up.The houses are being build closer together. Charlotte is becoming to high and people are leaving

Racecar 15 where are you a realtor at? I live in DFW which is probably one of the strongest if not the strongest and fastest growing area in the US. And it is true that there are abundant high low paying jobs offers and people are not being able to keep up with the cost of living, forcing them and their families to move to the not so fortunate low income areas where infrastructure and education is very bad. So it is true that while the economy is doing well for some people and those on top it does not translate to the rest of the people. It is not only about raising minimum wages and salaries for the Service/working class but also about keep a affordable cost of living but inflation in this country is going up very quickly while salaries have stayed the same for even more than a decade this is a big issue. If everybody worked for Amazon and was an executive at BOA things would be easy but people work at restaurants gas stations grocery stores or even just office administration and those who are the majority are not being rewarded accordingly if economy is doing so well most of its people should benefit from it. There are a lot of other factors that causes these issues and they are a bit more complex to communicate effectively over the internet but it looks like, this is becoming a trend all around the country. The next 2 years and the coming elections are going to be interesting. The country is due for a big challenge. To give a hint the issue has a lot to with transplants, nowadays transplants do have to participate in the local economy they can work somewhere else remotely, have their own online Bussines shop an Amazon, buy a half a million dollar house have their Bussines somewhere and never ever ever be actively involve on the local economy, it is a big deal brother. LivePromo Tv oh Charlotte is a great city! I've been here 20 years in october and i have loved everything! I love the weather here. I love the heat i hate the cold. You get snow maybe once or twice a year it's beautiful to watch and see and then it's gone! It's not an everyday thing. There is so much to do as well. There is always some major event going on and you can never escape the southern hospitality....
