if you can get yourself up to 3k a month with 10k saved up then i say that will be perfect to move out & get a place for around 1200 max and you could try to increase your income with side hustles I would DoorDash if start posting my content as well to on youtube and tiktok if it doesn’t get banned. also a skill like editing & stuff is great too just any skill that can make you money
