I'm definitely voting for Rath, voted last year, voting again this year, when Scattered Fangs came around I got into my head of us getting a Rath GHB or him as a TT reward, with the current rewards we're getting it could happen on the next FE7 banner whenever IS decides to stop making Awakening and Fates banners. I'm annoyed in general with seasonal banners, I prefer new characters to be introduced instead. Camilla was the string that broke the Owls wing, it's honestly really annoying to see one character get so much love when there are so many others deserving of it instead, not just from the older games but newer ones too, I'd tolerate a Fates seasonal banner as long as they don't keep selling the Royals, when you're entire Echoes cast are dwarfed by the amount of just Fates Royals we have a clear sign of favouritism.

I just don't get it. IS has definitely noticed the absurd amount of dislikes their recent FEH reveals have gotten. They've seen the comments on Twitter. Most people, including the Japanese, are damn tired of Awakening and Fates. Heck, even I, a fan and avid defender of those game, am tired. They should've known by now that they will sell just as well or probably at this point even more with characters that aren't from those games, so why are they still doing shit like this? Finding this vid again got me thinking that Rath got into Heroes in that exact way, as a filler demote. Honestly though he's basically the best Bow Cav on a budget, we've reached the point where Coloured Ranged units have enough BST to actually contribute decently anyway even if they get worse matchups against a specific unit type so having a basically free Bow Cav with Brave Lyn's offensive spread with way better mixed bulk for Brazens is kinda nice, Rath is very flexible too with either tanky CC Archer builds, Firesweep with +Res for Ploys and Sabotages to work as a support unit, a Brazen duelist with Slaying Bow or just a Brave Bow set I'd say his stats have made him a great unit for players to build, he's not the best unit ever but he's a damn good one especially without his Rienfleche which he did deserve. But yeah I'd also love to see that LynxRath vid, your content has improved a lot so it would be nice to see.

Trust me, my favourite character will never make it in most likely as well. Zihark, he's got everything to be loved character he's charming, he has a sa dish backstory, he knows what he's fighting for, he's considerate of all the people he supports with. I loved him ever since I first played Path of Radiance (My first game) he actually inspired me more to play each game as time went on. Even now, I still learn more things about him, after Ghast Spotlighted him in one of his videos I wasn't aware of all these hidden conversations he has in Radiant Dawn, that he goes through a different arc depending if he stays or leaves Micaiah's army for Ike's. To this day I still look in awe about him. It is ashame to have your favourite character being male, I guess. Rath also deserves it, I hope for him as well for your sake.

Well, Brave Reduex 2 is still possible and I think they'll use that to introduce new characters that are voted high but not as popular as the characters getting alts for characters we already have. I don't think IS is silly enough to give us brigand boss, but I think that ranking high enough is grounds for higher consideration. The beast units were held back because IS knew that releasing them would be a big thing and make a lot of players want to purchase orbs. Kliff and Owain aren't entirely memes and I think that's what the Reduex banners would be about. Plus it is a flexible theme so they don't have to fit them into a game specific banner. If we were to get Rath outside of this, it would be alongside other members of FE:7, that wouldn't be a bad thing but it does limit it.

I would love to see a Fallen Canas where instead how his brothers died by the darkness, Canas is actually consumed by it. Hey man, so I stumbled upon your video and I got to say thanks for trying to put more attention for a character in a past FE game. I would love to see more of these characters. About the votes, I was planning on using them for Thracia since we might never get another banner ever again and it sucks since I'm one of those rare fans of that game. My votes was gonna go for Leif (since this is probably the only way he will ever get something) and Mareeta, the only character, besides Leif&Finn, who was the most highest voted character in Thracia. I don't know if you played Thracia but she is a great character and probably one of the best myrmidon in the entire franchise (sorry I'm not too big on Lyn and comparing her to Mareeta gameplay wise and character wise, she blows Lyn out of the water) also if you don't know about her I recommend you to check her out whenever you can. I would love to see her get more love and attention. So yeah man I will try to give Rath a vote since he was a pretty strong character and helped me plenty of times when I was playing FE7.

Mareeta and Lyn are so largely different I'd never compare them, if anything Mareeta is more like Marisa from Sacred Stones. saying either "blows the other out of the water" is a bit of a loaded statement since they have very different goals as characters that personal taste and what type of character you find appealing will have a huge bearing on your opinions of them. I will agree Mareeta is loads better gameplay wise, that's just objective fact. thanks for throwing Rath a bone BTW.

When I said "blows out of the water" I was a bit overexaggerating but I was comparing them as myrmidons. When it comes to their character, I'm a guy who gives everyone a chance and I do like Lyn's story but her as a person, she to me felt a bit "flat". When comparing to Marisa, her story is also good but as a person she felt more outgoing yet still had some seriousness. On Marisa, I have to disagree with you the only thing they both have in common is that they both want to get better with their sword skills. Anything else they are completely different on how the way they act.

Yeah, I kind of feel the pain here -although what was that about the Laguz banner I certainly hope that wasn't a jab,- and recently, I've indeed come to realize that all of these things are unfortunately true. At the same time, unless IntSys separates main characters and other characters in CYL like they ought have in the first place, nothing is going to change. It's why Henry is not getting my votes despite my desire for a good, nonseasonal alt that doesn't need the rarer of the Counter skills to even function (mind that being shafted at launch is probably a fate worse than not being in the game at all). It's why I'm not casting my vote for anything from Radiance at this point, despite my contempt for how IntSys has been mistreating that saga. The lords just nab too many votes. The sheer amount of FEH fans that just don't play any other games even gives the OCs a shot despite it simply not being FEH's job to stroke its own ego. Brave Veronica (who might be the current "Brave Lyn" might I add) shouldn't even have happened. Her arc wasn't even FINISHED, yet she got an alt! Perhaps if we weren't so busy fighting against Fates or something... Ultimately, I'm casting all my votes on one character. Chrom is the only one that stands a chance and I care enough to vote for. Eirika probably ends up top 2 now, but I don't care enough to help with that. Same with Alm, but I certainly don't want more Echoes! That gave us the game-warping Berkut's Lance. That gave me three damn Grays! That game at one point forced me to explain to someone why swords will never be not red! And as much as I hate the endless, blind riffing on Fates, the sixth Camilla has all but destroyed my active support for her. What else is there even left to vote for that isn't a waste of my votes? And _that_ is what needs to change. Votes for non-main, non-meme characters need to matter. Until that happens, I will spend my votes wisely.

FE7 only had one banner last year, and only added two new actual characters. Nino was an alt; we got Karla, an Easter Egg character no one really asked for and didn't even fit the Fangs motif; and Legault.
