I recently had bloodwork done and the results came back that my testosterone was at an extremely high level. In this episode I go over the supplements and daily life practices that I believe have gotten me to that point.

While it's true that alot of fighters probably do take steroids, you can't just stay on steroids and get away with it. So that means they would have to come off of it, and what happens when you come off of steroids? Your hormones CRASH hard for months. So if you're saying chandler is taking steroids, he would have to be taking steroids now, but he will have to come off soon, making his hormones crash hard, and to be honest I don't think chandler takes steroids. And if he does/has it honestly doesn't really help you much the way you'd have to take it. You'd be in bad shape much more often then you was in good shape, because how hard it is when you stop taking them.

Bro MPMD is going to have a field day with this, then again no disrespect to Chandler he is an elite Athlete through and through. But anyone that is interested in the subject knows what goes on in EVERY sport, the testosterone cap imposed by USADA is pretty lax to begin with, plus by injecting you would stay at a set level all the time compared to a natural whose level are going to drop with kack of sleep/ bad food/ stress etc... Respect to Mike for all of his accolade and for being a respectable guy.

Thank you so much for taking the time to break this down. I believe the body works best when supported by naturally occurring vitamins and minerals. In today's day and age there are a lot of synthetic options for kids and I think that is the wrong route to take. I am pretty good with taking the supplements you mentioned, but I did forget about beets and beta alanine something I used to be more diligent with and certainly helps with blood flow and quality. It means a lot for you to go out of your way to do a video like this, especially when so many of us are struggling mentally because we are trying to be our best selves but sacrificing on the recovery part

Never thought of getting skin cream or anything to make myself look better. I have 1 or 2 grey hairs full beard full head of hair non receding etc... genetics play its part aswell. If I'm happy aslong as I can and have a good 20 years I'm good with it. Bit I won't change because I've seen many healthy people around me die I've seen abusers, drugs, drinkers and smoker live longer. My five best 5 all lost our dad's 1 at 39 my dad 60 and the rest were early 50s. @@gizmorepairsno, but he has to jump into 40 degree water for a 5 minute minimum every morning as well as all the other strict disciplines etc. It's either that, or eat /do what you want and let the doctor just give you the testosterone etc. The choice is yours lol.

Diet and lifestyle definitely make a difference, advice is solid. But it's also important to note that natural high testosterone is somewhat uncharted territory in medicine. I tested way over the range (total T of 1300-1500 ng/dl from multiple tests) completely natty with a bad diet 😂. It freaked me out (ball cancer?), then freaked out my GP who sent me to an endocrinologist. After a year of tests, everything kept coming back normal except T. The endo said that when he started, he used to be alarmed by high T results, but has had multiple random normal people come in with similar results over the years. Hormones are incredibly complex, unique to the individual, and the references ranges can vary a lot the more you dig. It's important to view the big picture (total/free/bioavailable, estradiol, shbg, lh etc.). For me, everything ends up balancing out pretty well aside from total T outside the range.

Guys with very high total testosterone almost always have high SHBG, which binds-up all that extra testosterone and makes it unavailable… meaning your free testosterone (which is what really matters) ends up being totally normal. Like you said, the body is pretty good at balancing this stuff without our help.

💯% facts. My uncle was tested multiple times after the age of 57 and had tested @ 1100 testosterone level but his free test was very low. His estrogen were normal levels, etc. His prolactin was low. He did countless years of semen retention after his wife divorced him in his low 40s, which was obviously before he checked his testosterone levels. Semen retention combined with herbal supplements and a good diet will restore those (unlike you) who have imbalanced hormones (including low T).

Iron Michael Chandler, I have been a fan of yours since before your war with Benson Henderson. I am glad you always seek to be explosive and finish every fight. Glad you are still healthy. Keep fighting hard, I would enjoy seeing you throw more flying knees with the explosive power in your legs you will definitely get some more highlight finishes that way. You put it in the line in the cage and out of the cage everytime and I enjoy your story as it continues, I like to see you come back from defeat and still fight on. God bless see you at the top.

The thing with this lifestyle is you have to be consistent. Guys that have tried lifting heavy, eating well, taking supplements usually don’t stick to it enough for it to elevate test levels or even see physical changes. This stuff takes YEARS of consistency and routine
