Why no same sized pairs in connector assortments?

Why exactly would you need different colours on ferrules? The whole point of the colours is to quickly identify ferrule size. If you want to identify each wire then you have numerous options; insulation colour, tape, heat shrink, alphanumeric identifier cubes/tags that slot over the wire, printed labels. Can see zero point in having multiple colours for each size. Would just make it more difficult to identify the right ferrule size! There's a reason no PLC/industrial manufacturer has introduced that as a feature.

the color represents the size... its a lot better this way if you have a lot of them just laying around, if you're that bothered, use the ones without insulation...

I'm curious about something. This may be a different type of comment. Do you ever go to your local networking startup group just to check it out? It could trigger ideas for your own startup. I'm glad I got to network in different places and countries, especially in big cities and Silicon Valley in the Dot Com Era. Just be careful of narcs and inauthentic ppl. Imo, some ppl, like Robert Kiyosaki, don't look at startups as a mastery, a skill, or higher education. And, that's ok. The problem with that is you may end up meeting someone like Elizabeth Holmes. She should've graduated from Stanford University before doing her fake medical startup. Of course, if you look into her, she's a sociopath.

The colour of the plastic bit corresponds to the size, it is not arbitrary! It annoys me so much when I work on a bit of kit where someone has used the wrong size of crimp just because it was the colour they wanted to use. Wire ID should be done with wire colour or labels/tags, not ferules or crimps.

Are you asking why are the ferals different sizes for the same color and the spades the same and vice versa 🤔🧐 I have already has Cole related to color to the size red the smallest big next biggest and yellow the biggest with a correlation to the Pharaoh and the Spade they should all be similar different applications apply to different scenarios like he may be using a charging system or a small component system like what usually work on or something large-and-in-charge like an amplifier it is so that the components can take on a heat rating not so much for the wires as much as for the components they are attached to it's like a heatsink the more middle the more heatsink action
