Bro As a local, lemme tell you that you haven’t explored both the towns properly and came in the starting of winter season. The tree does look exactly the same as it is shown in the photos . The only matter is change of weather. If you come in After september/summer. The scenery is completely beautiful and different. Both the towns are immensely beautiful but the only issue was you didn’t had any right person to show you around!!

Hi everyone, I've watched every video he uploaded about New Zealand. While I have no issues with him, I want to share some thoughts on their trip and how they perceive the country. I've lived in New Zealand for over 7 years, experiencing both islands extensively through numerous road trips. It seems they've formed their opinions mostly from driving around in a van, missing out on some incredible experiences. In the North Island, they overlooked a lot in Auckland, such as the Weta Workshop where they create amazing movie effects, and Rainbow's End for those who enjoy rides. In Rotorua, they could have visited the geothermal pools instead of man-made hot water attractions. The Māori village experience in Rotorua is also a must-see. Additionally, Rotorua offers clay bird shooting, 4x4 buggy off-road driving, horse trekking, and the stunning Redwood Tree Walk, especially at night. Wellington features the Weta Workshop showcasing movie props, the Te Papa Museum with giant dinosaur fossils, and the Gallipoli exhibition. In the South Island, they missed out on Quake City in Christchurch, the Black Cat Cruise at Akaroa, and Lake Tekapo, renowned for its night sky where you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye. There are many more incredible spots they missed. My main point is to emphasize the importance of thorough research before traveling and not to judge a country just by driving around for 15 days.

Well said, I thought the same seeing his NZ videos. Most of it was laced with his moaning and groaning. How did he expect to see vegetation in winter?? The trees have all shed and lakes have shrunk too. Just driving around doesn’t give one the correct perspective of any place. NZ is truly magnificent. I’m glad he didn’t come to Australia 🤣

Wanaka Tree may not be a big monument but it's certainly beautiful if you visit at the right time. Sadly I have just seen his fellow fans who probably have never set foot in this country have went and reviewed the place 1 star after watching his video. Makes me laugh and sad.

I probably would not have lashed out with my comments but he has the audacity to not visit these places or do the activities and comment with such negativity. Nomadic Indian's solo New Zealand series is a must watch! I understand it's impossible to cover all places, Nomadic covered whichever parts he covered beautifully! Surprisingly he travelled a year ago exactly the same time. His comments about New Zealand make it sound its a small isolated country not worth visiting without even properly making an effort to do any activities.

Unfortunately you missed out on so much to do in new Zealand like sky walk in Auckland, hobbiton sets in matamata, adventure sports in Rotorua and Queenstown it has one of worlds highest bungee jump. Honestly there is so much more to do and see in new Zealand... Scenic as well as adventures But none the less a good series just like many more before keep up the good work.. 👍

You have missed the 3rd largest city in NZ, Tauranga, Mount Maunganui such an amazing place. Also Dunedin, Nelson, Glenorchy, Coromandel, Napier, Palmerston North, Paihia and Cape Reinga were main towns/ cities missed. Scenic spots like Rotorua & Queenstown Gondola was missed. I don't understand why you did the mystery room when you have done that in the past. Minus Ice Bar would have been an amazing experience. Absolutely disappointed in this series. Anyone from New Zealand reading my comment will understand the pain. I feel sorry for Paramvir. He is a calm and sensible traveller but this trip was so rushed for him I can see. Totally understand your perspectives as to what you want to see and all but it's unfair to make judgments based on visiting a quarter of New Zealand. They drove all the way to Queenstown and didn't even go to Milford Sound, Arrowtown, Doubtful Sound or other places like Arthurs Pass National Park. I feel like their heart wasn't really in it. A whole lot of constant whingeing about how quiet it all was without any thoughtful planning or interest in the place they've travelled too. Just turned up to make videos.

@nicconz1 Yes 100% over 80% of the places missed. How can you go to Taupo and not visit Huka Falls😬, they drove right beside it, my heart tore into pieces🤣. The way Paravir covered the Africa series all alone was spot on! If only he traveled alone. He is a nature lover, would have been a better solo trip.

They hung out around Hobson/Nelson Streets which is literally the ghetto area and then complained how underwhelming it was lol Even a small ferry ride over to Devonport or Mt Eden gives you a good glimpse of Auckland beyond walking around the worst parts of it with incessant complaining about how it's not crowded. You're in New Zealand not New York.
