They are the same character in different universes, don't compare using feats and counts given by authors. if the author wants, Tom and jerry can solo the entire Marvel, DC, Dragon ball, and The Boys universe.

And you are very cleaver to use Tom and Jerry as an example of how writers want their characters to be, I mean the whole concept of Tom and Jerry was so different from the source materials of different media houses like MARVEL, DC, INVINCIBLE, and THE BOYS. And the writers working in these companies have some limits how powerful the want to portray their characters to be. For example, the writers of Superman cannot portray him as an omnipotent character like Alien X (Ben 10) who creates or destroy universes in minutes because there are some limits, meanwhile writers of Tom and Jerry will somehow manage to make them omnipotent because there is no writing limitations in the genre they are playing. Edit :- And in the last, can you please tell me how can we say that “This character is more powerful than the other one” by not looking down to their feats.
