Oh guys, so glad you divulged and enlightened me. I wouldn't put up with either of you. LOL!!!! JUST KIDDING!!! I laughed during most of the conversation because it makes me crazy how we are so troubled and annoyed by the little things. I am guilty of that too. I just hope you guys laughed and had the hottest make up make out session ever!! Wishing you the Happiest of Holidays ever. Stay strong, be well, keep safe, laugh and love and just make happy fun of one another and yourselves.

If I hadn't before, I think I just officially fell in love with your relationship. I laughed my ass off watching this, and teared up at the end when Brian made the statement about "If these are the only four things..." SOOO great! I hope to emulate this! PS: Statement from my mother regarding my father's bad habits - when I asked her if she couldn't get "that man" to do "x," she said, "After 40+ years of marriage, YOU try it!" (They were married 54 1/2 years when Dad passed away 2 years ago today.) 🤣

Thanks for sharing Jon & Brian, I agree those are small items and ALL of us couples have some of the same. I know you two have the different times growing up and I believe sometimes that changes the way we are used to how we do things. My husband and I were born the same year so being the same age we grew up with a lot of the same ways which we are lucky in some points but doesn't make it any easier than other couples. Have a great week! Thom & Eric

My husband of 21 years died in April 2021. While we loved each other dearly, there were things that drove the other nuts. What drove him nuts about me: never fully shutting doors( Closet, kitchen cabinet, bi-fold), while watching TV I'd go on Google to research / check facts in the show and my driving (grew up in the Boston area - you get it). What drove me nuts about him: when repainting the house or a room, he could never just pick a freaking color, having to watch rom-com movies or vintage TV shows, and commenting on how I fold bath towels.

Hi Brian and Jonathan. Sending you warm and fuzzy holiday greetings. May your Christmas be festive and may 2022 be a very healthy and happy one. Remember Jonathan..... "Youth Is a Work of Nature..... But Age is a Work of Art!" I have to agree with Brian.... Never leave dishes in the sink! (And ALWAYS close that bathroom door!!!) All the best from across the miles here in NYC. Love your channel. :) Come and visit here in the Big Apple. Got plenty of space and a spare bedroom too.

Ah, first world problems. Why is the dish washer such a problem between couples? Jon, what's so difficult about putting the dishes in the machine.🤪 Treat it as part of your excersise regime. Pick up a dish, squat, put it in the machine, stand up. Repeat. You get clean dishes in the end, and a toned rear end. Simple. Love your light hearted shenanigans. Have a fantastic Christmas guys, eat, drink and be very merry. Cheers, Paul.😁🎄🎉🥂🌈👬❤️

Boys, you hit the nail on the head. He uses my tools and then can't remember where he put them after he was done. We are ready to leave, but first vacuum and maybe mop or lint roller the furniture. He remakes the bed an hour before we go to bed. Says that the dogs have gotten hair on the bed, yet again. Even though the bed is too high for them to get on the bed. Last, we are both ocd, but with him, out of sight out of mind. Hide everything. Beautiful for those to see, but open a drawer or closet and it's packed and you can never find anything after it's been put away. Don't ask where it MIGHT be 😆 But I'm sure he can find twice as many things that I do to bug him. Enjoy your holidays 😁

What's the age gap? He's younger than 30 and he's older than 55. If I were a poor kid in medieval times, and James I was like "I wanna pop your cherry", even if I ain't no btm, I'd probably let him do me. At least, I'd enjoy high standards of living. My partner was in a 1-year long-distance relationship with a 50+-year-old man when he was 21. Even though it uneases him, the reason he "fell" for a man his dad's age was that he falls short in his own dad's eyes. His dad is a doctor and there was huge pressure put on him to be one. He studied Civil Engineering. His sister became the doctor and that abuser is always talking about her, even in front of us, at her absence. I happen to be a doctor, too. And that f-ing abuser can't stop talking about medical stuff at dinners, every single time. Such an insufferable, incompetent dad. Every time I see him, I just wanna punch him in the face. My point? This is no healthy relationship! Therapy is better, mate.
@OutLoudJB2 жыл бұрын
As a doctor yourself, you’ll know that no 2 cases are the same. I say this to highlight that not all age gap relationships are the same.
@marcelfr902 жыл бұрын
@@OutLoudJB Of course, but such a relationship is usually a result of a problematic relationship of the younger partner with his parents. I am not calling your feelings fake. Not at all. My partner was in love with that eldergay. I believe him and I believe you love your older partner, but this is not a healthy relationship. Therapy is the most effective solution, mate. Try CBT.
