That’s another option an often what we end up doing. But I auction prices are high for some bikes and in some cases they will sell more at auction than what we can retail them for

Any of the mass produced trailers come with super cheap bearings. If you buy one, replace the bearings as soon as you get home. Then ,with regular maintaining, you're good to go.

I'd if anyone said this yet. But the axle on the trailer doesn't turn. Just the wheel does on the bearing. The only time the axle turns is if it's a drive axle. Like it has power of some kind going to it to make the vehicle move.

No problem. Yeah like the other guy said to. Its always good to check your wheel bearings. & You guys can do it easily, make sure all the lug nuts on each wheel are tight then just jack up one side of the trailer & try to wiggle the wheels. They shouldn't have any wiggle to them really. A very small amount is normal on older bearings. But anymore then that, they should be replaced. Plus it's good to keep the bearings greased. Some times there's fitting to put a grease gun.

I've noticed Sean always says "awesome".... as in "the is bike is super awesome." At about 24 minutes and 30 seconds into the video Sean looks at the thermometer in the trailer and says "it's 106 degrees in here... it's super nice in here.. it's awesome." Which obviously means that it's g#d damn hot in the truck (definitely not awesome)... So the next time I watch Sean test ride a bike and he says how "awesome" the bike is I'm going to remember how he also uses "awesome" when things suck.

2500$ for a 250ccm motorcycle, its ridiculous. Here in Norway prices are magnitudes above yours. I paid 2000$ for my 50ccm Honda nsr scooter 5 years ago. 😭 If I would buy a 125ccm scooter for 40.000kr new, I would have to pay 10.000kr per year for full insurance. (before the valuta collaps 1$ was 10'ish kr)

each year that you have a trailer you need to service the wheel bearings. the reason you need tandem axels is so you can get home when you fail ! to repack your wheel bearings. LOLLOLLOL and please stop calling brake shoe brake pads . They both have brake linings attached but otherwise they have little in common. If the friction surface curved it is a shoe, unless it is a brake band.

In the interest of public safety, whenever pulling a trailer after the first couple miles get out and put your hand on the hub it if it is slightly warm no problem if it is trending towards hot you have a problem. This is the easiest way to determine a upcoming problem without tools and before a little problem becomes a big problem. If it anytime you put your hand on the hub and it burns you don’t even try to move it

I got a trailer on the hoist to do the wheel bearing and check the brakes. There is also a way to test the power output coming to your rear brakes ( later gizmo ) things are not all what it seem..
