Thank you John for hiring Filipinos. You are a blessing to them and they are indebted to you. That's the way our culture, which were taught from childhood. You treat them well and they will give you more than 100% results.

Everything was on point except for the part that it's hard to find a job in the Philippines. Tens of thousands of jobs are available anytime BUT it's the issue of matching jobseekers to the jobs available. Also, the way you said "Third World" gave theimpression that the Philippines is a hell hole when in fact there are lots of places here that are at par with, if not better than, the USA.

usually people saying about Philippines is a hell hole have never been to the Philippines. They only based on what they heard on mainstream media.

Filipino-American here. Some of the stuff you said are pretty condescending. Philippines is a DEVELOPING country, NOT a third world. Stone Age type of living is 3rd world. There’s poverty, yes but that’s only a portion of the population. There’s a growing homelessness and poverty too in our own backyard in the States. The difference between North Americans and the rest of the Western World is that people here are very privileged so they have a certain Prima Donna attitude towards the rest of the world. The lack of humility is the biggest. And Filipinos are entrepreneurial, small businesses make up a bigger portion of the market and the rest owned by a number of PH corporations and mid-size business. Dude, do your research so you’re not spitting out misinformation.

You have "provided work to 40 thousand Philippinos" - I find that very VERY hard to believe - you must own you own city over there .... BS

John, I don't hire them myself. I created a platform that connects employers with Filipinos looking for online work.
