There's always a few moments that happen during hikes that I absolutely enjoy experiencing. 1.The golden hours, the moment the sun has just risen or is about to set and everything is shining in a golden hue. 2 when there is no wind, no talking, no other sounds at all, except the sounds of your feet on the earth. 3. Seeing city lights at night from the top of a mountain. There's more, but I can't remember.

Thanks so much for entertaining me while I was already social distancing due to untreated chronic pain. It’s extra nice to see you now. Suddenly I’m worried about the whole world. Staying home all of the time is normal for me. Worrying about everyone else feeling bad is new. It’s definitely worse.
