In 2015, Paige was invited to the Colorado Women's Golf Association match play tournament at the Raccoon Creek golf course. After an excellent nine-under-par score, she reached the final and defeated Brittany Lang to bring home the trophy. Paige was happy, and her life was fantastic after a difficult childhood, but the next chapter exposes a dimension she didn't know existed. Paige rose to prominence after a well-known college fraternity website published an essay proclaiming their great love for her. This article went viral, introducing her to a far larger audience outside of the golfing world. Her social media exploded and jumped from 300 to 150,000 Instagram followers overnight.

Knocked down my arse. She was born with the genetic gifts of how she looks and just enough golf talents to be a middling female golfer. She then chose the slightly easier path of using social media, instagram etc to cash in on her good looks and didn't want to put in the hours to become a professional golfer. A decision that has worked out fine as she has made millions from social media. And all of that is fine, but just be honest about it and don't pretend like life is hard

To sum it up, she wasn’t talented enough and unwilling to work hard enough to improve her golf game enough to compete on the LPGA tour. She then decided to just use her looks to make money. She’s no victim. Luckily she is attractive or she’d be working at a minimum wage job.
