This is true,the Pakistani government wants to resume trade, but the military does not want to normalize the relationship. Military establishments do not want this., because Pakistan is poor , but the military is rich.. military is getting rich day by day , do not want common people to mingle with Indians . But. I do not think the government does not resume trade with Pakistan. Indian government utilizes this , stop the trade, not to resume trade..
