Fact is, no common citizen of India ever wishes ill of a common citizen in Pakistan. And I agree it is the same vice versa as well. Yes, there are radical elements on both sides but the majority of commoners have no such issues. As an Indian, I have interacted with many Pakistanis in different countries and it has always been a very warm and cordial experience. The problem with Pakistan (and I mean the Pakistan government/Army) is that for completely vested interests, it keeps the animosity with India as a facade. This makes it very easy for them to pass their own failures on a "foreign enemy" and continue to line their pockets. Pakistan's cricket management's mess is a simply a great example of this problem at a larger level. This reality can be changed only by the Pakistanis. Genuine trade between India and Pakistan can be hugely beneficial for both but sadly the powers that be in Pakistan (more than in India) don't allow it for the personal gain of a few.

Don't be so impressed about G 20 my friend its just smokes and mirrors. The vast majority of the people in India are still suffering and there are still people defecating on the streets. If you think Pakistan is so bad then get into politics and make a difference instead of wasting your time with this podcast. So the moral of the story is don't be so impressed by others be proud of what you have and try to get better. If I recall Pakistan did better than India in happiness index which was done by some western organization recently.
