His genocide on the Kaminoans seems like a big betrayal but it probably was not as bad as the Geonosian genocide. The Kaminoans were pretty much aware of Order 66 but didn’t care enough to tell the Jedi. If anything their genocide could be seen as karma from the force, not only for their betrayal but also their cloning of other species (which could be seen as an abomination by the Jedi). His betrayal of the Geonosians meanwhile could be seen as brutal and evil. They enslaved their species after the Clone Wars (despite being manipulated by Poggle and Dooku) and were forced to build the Death Star under, presumably, harsh conditions. The Empire, and by extension Palpatine, put a cherry on top by bringing them to near total extinction. Also Merry Christmas Stupendous Wave!

One of the things that Palpatine and the Empire made a huge mistake on is by using them as slaves and then deciding to kill them off. That is torture, messed up, evil, and sinister. The rebels eventually learned of what happened to the Geonosians. What eventually led to the down fall of the Empire is the destruction of the Death Star I because the design of the Death Star and the name of it came from the Geonosians. In the first place. The Empire should of just had left the Geonosians alone. The Geonosians didn't know better how they behaved. They were raised. If they still exist they might of changed some of their ways. I believe that the Geonosians deserved to live just like other species deserves to live. The Geonosians didn't know better The deadly Animals, weapons, and Armor of Geonosians would profit In Starwars Legends, it's been said that their are Billions to Trillions of Geonosians, including the undead Geonosians. That one Geonosian in rebels and To hint The 2nd Geonosian Queen is still alive

The species that built, death star, the species that created the clone troops. Made the survivors and there’s was always at least one. Give his enemies, the rebels, valuable information or help.

Well, first, we have to know what the conditions were on the death star if we're currently being light blue (walmart). maybe they'd have been better off in food lines for years due to the conditions being hot in their sewing room. But not to worry, they'll come to save them eventually. Then with no job and no pride in their work ethic, years later, with now you just be grateful for a few cents more. But now they knew better who cared more once they took over. Did they die? In lore perhaps. If they were working for so little pay, though, they clearly didn't meet the criteria for much where they came from. you'd think you could come up with a better reason to shut them down than the conditions were hot and long hours... jedi... sorry.
