I'm not sure if my bird is molting or what but can you please let me know bases on the info I am providing. All of his tail feathers have fallen out, he is suffering from constipation I guess. Oil spill should not affect his father growth as you immediately clean him after spill and oil wasn't hot either. So just keep feeding him a good balanced diet and he should be fine.

Hi I noticed my ringneck parrot not eating as mucth food lately and also seems to be dragging the food over longer period she hasent had any multi vitamins in a while so I started her on a multi vitamin that I give on her fruit as I've heard them ones a better I also believe t's a good quality one as well recommend vets and also changed her seed mix to a better quality as I dont think it was very food the stuff she was on was n before kinda cheap from local pet shop so got a better quality mix from somewhere else was wondering could it be health problem that may be showing signs off or could it be lack off vitamins causing a poor appetite I started the multivitamin a couple a weeks ago now and also her new seed mix a couple off weeks ago I give multivitamin every other day so hopefully that may do so good not sure how long it takes to get vitamins to a good level I'm guessing it may take a few more weeks yet

How do you keep them warm not having belly feathers. I keep the back of the cage covered with a blanket. He seems well otherwise. Try not to give them peanut or corn for whole day and just put seeds and small apple piece in cage and see what they do. They may not eat and scream for tgeir favorite food but let them starv until they go and try apple and seeds by themself. Next day give them only 2 to 3 peanuts and thrid day again seeds.

Ohh.. No usually he should not be drowsy unless you used any kind of medicine which has drowsiness as one of its side effects.

Spend a lot of time with him. But not while he screams. As soon as he stops, take him out, reward him with treats. But if he screams then put him back up and leave and then if he stops again then repeat the process.
