Nice suggestions...i have a question Agar patient negotiation mai less krayi jaye or kam krayi jaye mere benefit ki baatein krke....patient ko less krna chahiye??....and new setup small town hai consultation fees rakhni chahiye

Parient who always bargain, are price sensitive parient. These patient can easily be earned on price and can always be lost on price. So, these are not loyal customers. These are not your ideal customer. So, you can do them to solve present problem, but if u have established practice u can think of loosing them.
