I run a small homestead with chickens, raised beds, and herb gardens. If you want some consult help with which products to purchase to get the most bang for your buck. And consult on garden ideas for the raised beds, just let me know. I can also help with designing a chicken coop. I can email if you need :)

Hans!! Great video! I am so happy, blessed and thankful to be coming to Pine Lake and be a growing part of this beautiful community you are working so hard to build. I for one am hoping to start a Bible study of some type and hope others will join with me as well. By the time ITH gets my home built it may be Christmas, but I’m hanging onto hope it won’t be that long! Thank you again for all your hard work in making our community so wonderful for us!

Randy at ITH spends all of his time making videos and podcasts. If he'd put down the camera and pick up a hammer he could finish your house in 2 days, and that's not an exaggeration. People like you aren't important to him; all he cares about now is expanding his empire. Any other builder would have his crew putting in some overtime and working five days a week instead of four, getting the houses that were promised finished in no time. I've worked in construction, and that's what you do when a job needs to be done, He's more concerned with making more money than doing what is right for the customer.

@@BeDoHave-so8nr as much as I hate to say it, I think you may be right. To wait 9 months for a 8x24 tiny home to be built is insane crazy.

@@Beachlove05 I'm sorry to hear about the delay for your house. Yep, no way there should be that long of a wait for a 8 x 24 tiny home with their assembly line operation. Hopefully, you'll get it before winter sets in.

Don't want to make you feel worse about the delay in getting your house from Randy and ITH than you already do, but in his most recent video, out yesterday, he's bragging about how he will now guarantee 90 day completion on new houses, or you will be financially compensated for the delay if not delivered in 90 days. That's just not right or ethical for those who have been waiting, like you have. The people who are building those new, yet to be paid for or even ordered houses should be building houses like yours first, then they can do whatever they want. Of course, that will never happen, as he's making big bucks off of the new houses, and he already has your money.

We don’t sell tiny homes. Certain sizes and restrictions but any reputable tiny home builder and certified tiny home yes

We still have about 5 years till my husband retires, but we're going to come to the Airbnb's and check it out. I believe an Airbnb would be a good passive income, and you're only 2 hours from us (that's nothing for a weekend, we used to go to my sister's in Knoxville almost every weekend). Maybe the Sauna will sway him, he Loves those...

If not the sauna, perhaps the beauty of the lake, the friendliness of the residents, the relaxing of the hot tubs, the proximity to Huntsville, Guntersville and all the great things around here not to mention the many other on-site amenities… Beware, once he tries it, you may create a monster! :)

@gotinybefree I spoke with Doug w Timbercraft ( said he had stopped in not too long ago ) The Denali XL is 42x9.5 - is that a possibility? Thx ( Scottie )
