Recently I went to Karol Bagh Market and got new accessories for my ola s1 - metal side stand, main stand and back rest. As far as software is concerned, I am not updating the software currently running the old version of move os 4 which is running fine without any issues.

My OLA become dead in every weeks & the reason behind such things is not answerable by the OLA authority. It is extremely disgusting when I was ready for my office then my bike is dead & the local service point authority has asked to tow your bike to the nearest service centre which is almost 40 KM. In this way, I am regularly tourchered by OLA & it was my extremely wrong decision for purchasing OLA.

*Must reed for new buyers in reliability front* I have ola using it for last 2.4 years did 37 thousand km till now My friend has an ather with 15k km on odo So I will be better to answer this question. Yes ola gives 10-15 km better range But the headache you will get with ola is too much The software is a lot glitchy Most of the time you will face software glitch like boot unlock sometimes it wont work There are many issues with the software Hardware wise it is good but software and service is not great On the other hand ather is reliable in all departments. Of course there are glitches but i saw it 2 times in a year only. A few days back my other friend booked rizta just because he knows how glitchy my ola is and even i didn't recommend him to buy ola As an owner of ola i recommend everyone to avoid ola Even tvs i qube is better than ola in reliability.

OLA Scooters are worst in terms of Design, Build quality & Electrical safety. Only affordability can not be sole reason for higher sales. If you want to play in long run you also have to provide Quality, Relibility & best after sales support to your clients. Remember Cheap Engineering + Technical Glitches = Frustrated Customer

As an ola owner, I request everyone to stay away from these scooters, everything seems good until you buy a scooter and later you'll regret it. They are the worst service centre right now, none of the technicians are skilled or knowledgeable, and the attitude is on the next level. Buy this scooter only if you have no work so you can keep visiting their service centre again n again.
