भाइयों मैंने 15 दिन पहले ही ऐथर रिजटा एस मॉडल परचेस किया है। कंपनी इस गाड़ी का एवरेज 123 किमी कह रही है लेकिन यह सरासर झूठ है। यह गाड़ी ईको मोड़ पर सिर्फ 100 किलोमीटर और जिप मोड पर 75 किलोमीटर चलती है इसके उपरांत ईको मोड़ पर यह गाड़ी चलने में बहुत दबती है। 30-35 की स्पीड से ऊपर जाती नहीं है. और इसकी सबसे बड़ी कमी यह गाड़ी फुल बैटरी चार्ज होने में 7 से 8 घंटे लेती है जोकि बड़ा पकाऊ है। गाड़ी लुकिंग में अच्छी है ।

मैंने टीवीएस का ₹100000 से ज्यादा मूल्य का बैटरी वाला टू व्हीलर खरीदा था। 35 से 40000 किलोमीटर चलने के बाद उसकी बैटरी खराब हो गई। परंतु 50000 किलोमीटर तक की गारंटी मिली थी फिर भी टीवीएस कंपनी ने उसकी बैट्री रिप्लेसमेंट नहीं की। बाद में उसे चलाने के लिए 40 से ₹50000 की नई बैटरी की जरूरत थी। फिर उसको कबाड़ में बेचना पड़ा और मुझे ₹9000 मिला।

Ola service is pathetic. 15 days back my bike started showing issue. I have delivered my vehicle number GA 08 AS 2444 as it’s showing scooter issue and riding the bike is impossible as it’s asking me to restart after riding a few kilometres. The service people have asked me to book an online appointment, but no slot is available in Arlem Margao service station on the Ola app. Its been 20 days and no assistance. Please highlight such issues and make videos for riders too. You are an influencer and creating great content, you talking about all the issues with the bike will assist to ensure that future customers wont be taken for a ride by Ola Electric bike company.

Unfortunately, OLA electric has very BAD service and they don’t deliver the vehicles for several months after receiving full payment, further during transit from factory to retail showroom, the vehicles gets damaged and they need another months for repair and delivery. This had happened with me, the vehicle was supposed to be delivered in March 23, 2024 but till now May 18, 2024, not delivered. Neither customer service answers the complaint not showroom staff sending the update. The vehicle is standing at their Medchel warehouse for over a month now waiting for spare parts. I would suggest, everyone not to buy OLA as many people are frustrated due to Ola BAD service. OLA Electric is Very very BAD company and all their staff are unprofessional and RUDE.
