Why Pork Barbecue Ribs Are So Delicious
Ingredients:
1.) 1 Whole Pork Ribs
2.) Water
3.) 4 pcs. Bay leaf
4.) 1 Deep small bowl of Whole Black Pepper
5.) 3 to 4 Pcs. Star Anise
6.) 1pc. Cinnamon Stick
7.) 1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
8.) 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
9.) ½ Cup Brown Sugar
10) 4 Cloves Garlic Crush
11) 1 Tbsp. of Dried Rosemary (Optional)
12) 1 Pc. Carrot
13) 2 Pcs. Potato
INGREDIENTS: for Marinade Sauce
1. Oyster Sauce to taste
2. Lemon
3. Ketchup
4. Hot Sauce
INGREDIENTS: for Side Dish
1. Potato
2. Carrots
INSTRUCTION:
1. Make some cut to Pork Ribs to infuse them with flavor and Juicy.
2. Bring the Ribs into large Pot with water.
3. Add Bay leaf 3 to 4 Pcs.
4. Add 1 Deep small bowl of Whole Black Pepper.
5. Add 3 to 4 Pcs. of Star Anise.
6. Add 1 Cinnamon Stick.
7. Add 1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar.
8. Add 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce.
9. Add 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar.
10. Add 4 Cloves of Garlic Crush.
11. Add 1 small deep bowl of Dried Rosemary (Optional)
12. Then Submerge the ribs.
13. Bring to boil 30 minutes until is soften.
14. After 30 Minutes ribs are soft and ready to add some moisture flavor
to the Ribs and transfer the Ribs into oven toaster Tray.
15. Then set aside the ribs.
16. We can use the Rib Broth for the marinade sauce then add Ketchup,
Lemon, Hot Sauce, Oyster Sauce then mix it well to combined.
17. Season the Ribs with marinated mixture sauce so that it should turn
out into Juicy and Delicious.
Then Prepare the side dish first so we can Grilled the Ribs and the Side Dish together.
(We need to Grilled Carrots and Potato Cut into Cubes and Sprinkle with
Salt and Pepper to Taste).
18. Turn the Oven into 350 Heat for about 30 minutes.
19. After 30 minutes the Dish are now Ready to Serve with Potato
and Carrots in a side.
