You are so completely wrong. In the DC case Trump IS claiming his innocence. What Trump has in the SCOTUS on immunity is that he has immunity when the president is acting in his Official capacity Which Trump claims he was doing while AT the White House on Jan. 6. Jack Smith filed asking if the president has absolute immunity which is not what Trump is asking the courts to rule on. Read the briefs and you will see whyKagan was one of the Justices to rule against Smith.

Like a bruised and cornered lion who is being blocked at everything he tries to do, to progress in life, all because he was not one of them. This trauma has resulted in his ego, self esteem and vanity shoot through the roof (to a point where only the presidency will be acceptable, we’ve also seen his taste for women drastically change over the years as his type is now anything: young, with blonde hair/blue eyes, of Eastern European/Nordic descent etc). We’ve seen some ridiculous quotes, echoing previous dictators, the guy is agitated and on edge. Like a bruised and cornered lion he has push him himself to the extremes, or it’s over for him, and this is not far from the truth. His rivals have now found the most opportune time to step away from any responsibility. Would they do this if anything nice was planned for him? We’ve seen the authorities in Colorado block a former president, way ahead in the polls make something of himself/even make a living without providing any alternative - now increasingly washing their hands of all accountability. We’ve seen the thousands of courts in the NY region, whom could have reached a resolution in days if they wanted to and yet it is dragging on for many years. We’ve seen the evidence for their bias blatantly with our own eyes, through the media and sporting events etc. We’ve heard recollections from minorities supporting this. Yet they feel now is the best time to point the finger at DJT and relinquish all blame from themselves. And now would be the best time, given he is about to become destitute through these excessive court cases, end up in jail or worse (we’ve seen how it ended with with other iconic presidents and they want this for him as he is an outsider to the establishment). No amount of money will fix this, this is about righting a wrong and proving not everyone thinks like they think and not everyone wants what they want. Like a cornered lion, he’ll need to come out fighting and have everyone behind him - get out and vote come the election!

He's gotten several people freed that were being held captive in a foreign country and continues to keep negotiation for more to be freed. He's opened the doors for low-income families to have medical insurance. He is passing bills to wipe out all federal prosecutions against people who were arrested for marijuana possession. He stepped up when Trump wouldn't during a time when Covid was killing THOUSANDS of Americans. He had the lowest poverty rates in all American history. He wasn't the president that put an 8 TRILLION-dollar deficit on the backs of middle and lower wage earners for the wealthy to get more money...that was Trump. And that wealth tax is costing every single American taxpayer from now and for generations to come an additional $23, 780.oo more in taxes. The Republican party has failed the American people. He is the ONLY American president to at the very least try and wipe out student debt. He has also made every effort to secure citizenship for children that were brought here under false pretense. After all, if the Supreme Court does not find in his favor then this would completely shutdown any possibility of being elected. You can either say you did nothing wrong, or that you're immune for the wrongful things you did. You can't claim both.

trump goes to hell to ask for absolute immunity

As soon as the Supreme Court doesn’t give Trump the verdict he desires he will throw them under the MAGA Bus too like he has done with every person who has backed him in the past.

They probably won't even take up the appeal. For one, it's stupid. For another, it would soil their Supremeness.

The more he comes with new ideas and arguements to save himself the more guilty he proves himself. He clearly knows he committed the crime.

Without immunity he will be in Prison for decades, with immunity just a decade or so.

Congress said let the court handle Trump. The court said let Congress do it. You wonder why there's no accountability!

The supreme court deciding what to do: " hey, aren't we the most entitled elitist human beings on the planet? Should we have our holiday plans disrupted by this? Let's let everyone else work through the holidays 😂 we're not public servants! Let's stick together on this...we'll take a pass".

I don’t think the Supreme Court will allow him to get immunity, coz every president now can commit a crime, remember the president is a democrat 😂😂😂

The Senate Republicans' main excuse for not convicting Trump's impeachment was that they claimed the issue should be held in the courts, not in Congress.

The criminal justice system is absurd and weak when it comes to the rich and powerful. We need real reforms so it can work swiftly and effectively. How about prosecutors do not get to have "discretion" and just shrug off any crime that they feel like?
