Hello, looking at 2 suppliers. Both have 12 years exp. One's $1 cheaper on all quantities has 1 certification, no videos & is 0.0% rated. The expensive 1 has 4 certifications, 2 videos & 4.9% rated. They're both manufacture & trade & in the same city. Which would you pick? Thank you!
