I experienced this myself as a Junior, not that my Senior is now an entrepreneur but just after a week we arrived he already laid out so many things and starts knowledge transfer. Which is very different from the other 2 seniors of ours who wants us to just relax. And this Senior of ours do calls for knowledge transfer and then slowly gave me tickets to work with and I can tell that his understanding of the concepts based on the our company is so solid because he is also the one that created most of the documentations. Just months from that he got an offer outside of the company that is very difficult to refuse.

Thanks for sharing that! Sounds like your Senior exemplied what I was talking about in the video. If you follow just one of the steps I outlined in the video (let alone all 4) you can make significant progress in your career. No surprise he got a great offer after that.
