As an overseas karachitie,I used to lived in pechs ,but since last 3 years have a vacation villa in BTK .I loves the infrastructure quality and also my neighborhood people ,mostly are from middle to upper middle class with stable sources of Income and of educated background, thats for me makes a society superior to others . Also I never felt threatened whenever my family wanna go for strolling or shopping inside BTK . it's such huge society that yes it will takes 30 yrs to completely fills it up but it's worthy.

Your last 30 seconds is very important here. I have invested heavily in BTK in last 8 years, and lost 70% of my investment in dollars, there is literally no hope that I will get at least what I invested in dollars, let alone the profit.

Dear Naval Housing Societies, Askari and Falcon societies are the best because necessary amenities and security are good there. Day in and day out, the value of these societies is on the rise. Just imagine a 500 yds plot in NHS is worth Rs 18 Crores. Whereas the same plot at DHA is worth Rs 6 Crores. 😊
