The casualty figures are coming from Ukrainian MOD which are as reliable as Baghdad Bob.. Kursk has been a complete disaster for Ukraine as they have wasted their best men and machines on a fools errand, some say planned by the UK top brass. Kursk has been an unmitigated disaster for the russia. 3000 North Korean troops KIA or WIA by now and well over 50,000 russians too to try to take it back. If it wasn't such a disaster for putin why is it amongst his main orders to his generals to get it back? For once Russia experienced their own cities getting destroyed instead of only Ukrainian cities. And what is putin telling his people that lost their homes? No money to rebuild. Ukraine hit putin where it hurt and exposed him for how little he cares about the people that lost their homes. The upcoming protests which we are starting to see the first signs of with ATM's getting set on fire in russia because pensioniers are not getting paid will be partly because russians are feeling the war coming home. Of course russians will make out like it's just a scratch. Can't show any weakness eh vlad but trying to twist the narrative shows how worried you really are that russia can't take it back.
