How old was your quail when you dressed them out? How did you fry them up? Egg dip and flour? Pan fry them or deep fry or air fryer? When you started eating them it sure sounded crispy! Looking for more videos on quail.

@@philohsann5701 The quail was about 10 weeks. I pan fried in cast iron and used egg dip. Happy New Year 🎊

Your trooper. I don't know know if I can eat the animal if I processed them myself.I know I would pray in be my right mind set to do it but, Hopefully, one day, I will try to do it for myself.

I’m still not use to it however I trust myself more than I trust others. Conditions in some of those places are horrid. Lately there have been so many food borne illnesses so. I’m learning to do it like my grandparents did…although still not quite happy or comfortable when processing day comes. I can do all things through God who strengthens me .

How is it compared to rabbit? I grew up eating rabbit, which is why I didn’t eat chicken until I was an adult. I don’t like dark meat though.
