Don't fall for it, it's a trap. I literally just got home from visiting Reading. Do not go there. Do not retire there. Stay away. The city of Reading is objectively awful. Something isn't right there. The difference between Reading proper and West Reading/Wyomissing is literally the definition of "wrong side of the tracks" or "wrong part of town", except in this case it's the Schuylkill River and not the Reading railroad dividing things. The juxtaposition smacks of either government corruption or gross mismanagement.

I don't know but this list is not that accurate, I mean I haven't visit any cities in PA so I can't speak for cities in PA but I have been in Daytona Beach FL and there is noway people would like to retire there for sure. I will have to google this info.. Well I looked it up and according to FORBES PA doesn't have one city in their list. 10-Rochester Minnesota, 9-San Antonio Texas, 8- Savannah Georgia, 7- Six Falls South Dakota, 6- Spokane Washington, 5 Sun City Arizona, 4- Tucson Arizona, 3 The Villages Florida, 2- Virginia Beach Virginia, 1- Winston-Salem North Carolina. this list to me makes more sense because I have visited 3 cities in this list and they are pretty good places, Virginia Beach, Savannah Georgia and The Villages Florida
