Employees switch jobs after just 2 years of experience because you don't give them salary at par with some new joinee with 2yr exp. only. Also, there are many candidates who gather immense knowledge and skills devoting too much efforts in initial years of their career and companies almost never have a mechanism to reward such high growth oriented employees

dude mba from any b-school is uselss... trust me im doing ACCA currently i have done all my research about mba.... if you are doing from small b schools like these its really useless
