I would say Regular Show also had an amazing transformation. It went from your everyday episodic plot to slowly transforming into a seasonal plot with actually arcs every season. There were hints of it before (Exit 4B) but I would say it wasn’t until the dome came in that Regular Show fully released its potential.

Funny thing is Johnny test lasted longer than regular show. It was on Cartoon Network for almost 7 years but regular show lasted less than 6 1/2.

Rocko gets a lot of hate when it's not even that bad. Cow & Chicken is good I don't care what anyone says.
