Yes, that was the mistake of some players holding out for contracts and not training while waiting. They hurt themselves not training. It is so stupid. Be in shape so if things don't work out you can actually go to another team and function. I can think of a few on our team. However, Kittle did it right. He is a quality dude. He does the right thing and workout while negotiations were on going.

There's no way Ricky can be a bust. Is he a reach? Absolutely, especially considering the team's needs , yet it was a high second where Pearsall was selected.. I have a general rule "not" to draft UF WR's, but the "transfer portal " did alter how I scout players. Against FSU, Pearsall was held without a catch until 11:56 in the 3rd quarter vs a very good deep defense.
