The Philippines is not afraid of Russia. Rusdia is an Orthodox Christian county while PH is a Roman Catholic Christian. Even during the Russian civil war time PH help six thousand white Russians refugees settled in the PH back in 1920. The PH always have an open door plolicies to help Israel, Vietnam, South Korea & even Chinese based on PH historical background.
