@@GreenOliveBranch GPS stands for Global Position System, is a generic name which the US gets to use because they were the first. Glonass, Beidou, Galileo are GPS but not the US GPS. We could use the term satellite guided but that would be also wrong, as satellite guidance means active guidance. GPS guidance is a passive system. And generally most GPS chips can and will use all 4 systems if allowed. I did some GPS navigation programming for my rc projects.

When it only empties warehouses with old weapons so that the warehouses can be filled with new ones. But everything goes in order. For that, you'd also have to have enough air planes, enough pilots, enough airports, and enough SEAD capability. I doubt that a nation which must rely on 1950s tanks loaded with explosives is capable to do that.

Both the city and oblast are spelled Zaporizhzhia using the Latin alphabet. Not Zaporizhia. Almost everyone spells the name wrong. The Russians spell it as Zaporozhye, sometimes without the “y”. I’ve also seen it spelled Zaporizhzia on 100-year old maps. It literally means the "(territory) beyond the rapids". There were many rapids on the Dnipro/Dnieper River upstream from city before various dams were built.

Next is to deal with Ukraine's NATO membership dilemma. Its just not going to work making them a full member. A better plan is to create another association of countries that border or near Russia. The main purpose would be to contain Russian invasions from current and future autocrats. While not possessing nukes, they could offer a significant unified stopper to invasions and attacks. Call it the new Warsaw Pact Alliance, except this time it has the opposite purpose.
