Its the best ep this season, but still worse than anything from season 1.

I would say it’s been picking up since episode 7 with the exception of episode 8 animation wise ( that aryu save honestly did something to me though I swear) I’m just glad I held out hope the entire time because I love blue lock so much.

"U kept me waiting, dumbass" Barou saying this with red eyes and thunder behind him. 💀💀💀💀💀

these episodes have been fire, the hype moments have been given justice. nagis goal and both of shidous goals especially were fire af. now i believe the rest of the goals will be adapted well. but im still worried about the hype moments that arent goals such as bachira dribble, sae awakening, rins flow, and rin vs sae. will they animate this moments that require fluid movements well? welp ig only time will tell

Great video 👏👏👏. Just to add some nuance to Aiku, I think whilst his best ability is "perception," like you mentioned, I think it's a bit more specialised than that. Alongside Karasu, Aiku is the best "player profiler" amongst all the u20 players we've seen so far. What I mean is that he's the best at accurately assessing a player's skillset. He literally scales it down TO THE FREAKING PERCENTILE!!! He's probably amongst the most underrated talented learners in the series. I'd also argue that Aiku is the best restdefence player (i.e., the best at guarding against opponent counters and loose balls when his team is on attack) and best sweeper (i.e., dropping deeper to sweep up attacks) in Blue Lock. Not even Lorenzo can touch him in that regard. No wonder Snuffy made him Ubers "last man." More so, I'd also say Aiku is a better zonal marker than Lorenzo (to be fair, Lorenzo is BY FAAAAAAR the best man-marker in the series.) I also wouldn't go as far as to say the guy who sees everything as money has no ego. Why aren't y'all comparing their egos (both the types and depths) since the ego is a crucial point of the series in determining a player's overall ability? If we could compare the depths (conviction) of their egos (i.e., who hungers for their respective vision more between the guy who wants to be the best defender in the world and and the guy who wants to make the most money) I'd also go as far to say Aiku is the more adaptable player of the two (mostly due to the large area he has to cover defensively). Lorenzo mostly struggled when most BM evolved, more than Aiku if we are speaking comparatively. Obviously, after all is said and done Lorenzo it's still the better defender, but their differences in profile makes it closer than it appears on the surface

So facts i really enjoyed the last two episode felt like season 1 animation

The crazy part is this episode is still mid for 2024 animation standards

The bar must really be in the mud when a single proper (not excellent. PROPER) episode feels like the entire show is saved😭😭😭

My only gripe with big bang drive is the impact of shidou kicking the ball didn’t have enough force to it but it’s a 9.5 bruh beautiful deidara would be proud

Look I love Bluelock and the anime bad animation all of it, But this one good animation episode doesn't make up for the terrible start it had. In my Opinion is was 4 good episodes most were decent or down right bad 4 goods ones in a season with 4 episodes isn't good. This one good episode + the other 3 or 4 won't make up for the rest being down right horrible. Unless Episode 13 and 14 are also good this isn't redeem. Just my thoughts
