I have to point out that while Saitama's strength had a startpoint against his fight against Garou before scaling seemingly infinitely, Saitama's durabity has always been higher. If we read his fight with Garou (the highest tier fight in the series thus far), we can notice that Saitama still took NO DAMAGE from all of Garou's attacks. Which means that we can't equally scale Saitama's durability with his Power Output as he might as well be invincible.

I've covered the actual conversation between saitama Tario and garou. ONE wrote in Volume 2 of OPM that Saitama "obtained invincible power and such strength he can defeat any opponent, however strong, with one punch". The author here tells you that Saitama's power is always a one-shot level higher than any amount of strength and that power of his is invincible, meaning impossible to overcome. And this isn't true only "in-verse" as that's literally how strong he is. If he was strong enough to blow up a planet, you'd accept that and use it crossverse, if he was strong enough to destroy a universe, you'd accept it and use it crossverse, now that the author tells you he is this strong, why take that away from the character? He isn't invincible because he always wins in his story, he is invincible because that's literally how powerful he is, as the author himself tells you

I feel like Saitama takes the cake here. Here’s something’s I want to point out. When saitama clashed with cosmic garou, blast and his friends redirected an held back the attack. Also it’s debatable that Saitama didn’t use his full powers because after they landed on Jupiter’s moon saitama stated “At least I can let loose”, meaning that Saitama didn’t us his full power when clashing with cosmic garou. When cosmic garou copied saitama, he was using blasts gravity manipulation and made saitamas serous punches stronger. That means Saitama was adapting so quick that even with Garous copying abilities to make Saitama’s punches stronger, saitama was still out growing him that fast. Finally when saitama sneezed Jupiter we really didn’t get to see saitamas full strength. When Saitama serous fart back to garou saitama defeated him with a normal punch. Then the reverse causality punch that defeated cosmic garou. Forgot to mention Saitama was using one arm the entire fight.

Exactly, it was always made clear that Saitama has incredible control of the amount of power he uses. And that "growth" graph was just showing the power Saitama was using compared to Garou's level. Plus with just one hand, even the glove on the hand he was holding Geno's core was unscratched. Though, probably not even Saitama knows his true power as that was the only moment ever he was able to go that far safely. But he was really confident that Garou wasn't even close to him.

Finally someone points out that the Monarchs were planetary at best and that the Supreme Being was never meant for combat. I love Jinwoo but people wank him way too much. The rulers were the ones that had to rely on them because they didn't possess the abilities or powers the Supreme being had. He ligit created everything we know and love in solo leveling. He just couldn't use his powers for combat which is why he died to the rulers. And even then it took all the rulers to kill him except Ashbourne who was the strongest and again it took the rulers ganging up on ashbourne to beat him.

Which is infinite in size, It's a hard stomp in Jinwoo's favour. The monarchs being planetary is a comedic lowball. The earth was enhanced by the fragments of light. In the LN (not Ragnarok) sung jinwoo is able to manipulate his infinite shadow realm (each monarch have their own realm). This alone would put him at high uni, given that he's able to freely 'affect' and 'manipulate' said realm. Saitama's fight with garou was in the galaxy-multi galaxy ranges. He was at full power, not increasing his reserves, but his maximum output. Which scales him to around multi-galaxy. At best, you can argue uni+ with the help of Garou. But it's pretty clear that saitama gets folded instantly

It's explicitly stated that the monarchs had "more than enough power" to destroy the Absolute Being because they were created to fight, yet a portion of the Absolute Being's power created the Cup of Reincarnation, which is able to directly go against the flow of time. And yet the monarchs and rulers are not capable of going against the flow of time, they can only retain their memories from when it happens. It's almost like power to manipulate the universe and fighting power aren't always the same thing. And Earth was attacked and hit with massive battles many times before it was fully reinforced with mana. That was the world on fire that Jin Woo saw, the future that had already happened before the Cup was used. Even without mana, the Earth wasn't completely obliterated. People forget that Saitama is a satire character. Hiw whole arc is that he feels nothing anymore, and as exchange he receives unlimited power during his training. So, in his universe he can't and will not be defeated as his adaptation to a powerful foe is always higher. You may throw him Boros, Cosmic Garou, God and still he will be unfazed. Saitama character represent the end-game, its like you play a game , complete all main and side quests and now just wandering through vast and empty field of emotions, and nothing makes you feel the game anymore. That is, if you face something different, and in Saitama's perspective, its a strong opponent that never will shows up.

The problem with saitama is that there are two versions of him. 1. The murata version who has no upper limit to his strength. Meaning he can get stronger nonstop. Like goku if he had no limiter. 2. The one version where he not only doesn't have no limiter but also has all stats on infinity. Meaning he is infinitely more powerful than anyone including murata saitama. Therefore, depending on the version of saitama used if both characters sre bloodlusted than sung jin woo will either survive fir a while or be wiped from existence in 1 hit.

I agree with most of this but one thing not mentioned was when the monarchs were on earth they were greatly nerfed. At the end of the novel Jin Woos presence alone was enough to threaten the earth (given this is an earth without magical powers now) Jin woo also learned a ton of different stuff from his war, magic, witch craft from the demons, he also added titans to his army which is said to be on par with monarchs from another universe ( i dont remember this part correctly). recently been reading the Ragnarok novel andd boy is Jin Woo busted. In the original novel it was always stated that jin woo doesnt have control over true death that monarchs experience but in the ragnarok novel he went in there to save his son and turn Antares into a priest to make his son the next monarch of destruction. The last part was just a rant but yeah i think scaling jin woo to universal isnt really far fetched because of the fact that he has both the powers of the strongest ruler and one of the strongest monarchs (shadow monarch is a hybrid of sorts. Sitama might still win though havent read it

Plus the series is no were close to being finished so Saitama has potential to grow. Solo leveling was a fun watch and from what i understand from this analysis, Sung Jin Woo has a pretty good kit to win this one. Great work

Not really as Manga already showed it, he even needed help from his dimensional friends to redirect garous and Saitamas blast that tore a hole in the universe and also that in said fight, he was outclassed by cosmic fear garou and even was copied by him. So yeah, he is not on the same level as Saitama, much less garou, even his black holes would be kicked like what Saitama did to garous hyperspace gates.

The only way Sung Jin Woo could win is if he brought Saitama into his pocket dimension and just said “you don’t exist” but aside from that being super unlikely I say it’s an infinite stalemate. Saitama will never loose to Jin Woo and Jin Woo can always just come back to life, power up etc. both of them seem to have limitless stamina with Jin Woo fighting for 27 years with no rest stopping only because he won. (Little to no fatigue) And we have never seen Saitama get tired. Again the only way we say Jin Woo wins is by dragging Saitama into his pocket dimension where he is STATED TO BE GOD, yet again it probably ends in a tie, as one can’t die and the other can’t loose.
