Blame the Japanese in constant mouth movements and little actions for Omega's talk. The issue with any dub is that, unless you just do like old dubbed Asian films, you have to use words that will line up with the mouths. Just regular dubbing in the native language can be a pain since you need to match mouth motions, inflictions, and speed to the words and sound.

I always looked has it being omega shenron's ability. We have no idea what ability omega had, but it makes sense if his ability was revival at the cost of losing other dragonballs has if he wishing which scattered them but only near him. This ability will be useless against spirit bomb since it's positive energy and he will revived mid attack, inside the ball anyway.

this gogeta is quite clearly more of vegito than gogeta. he has the same attitude and personality of vegito rather than gogeta and is incredibly cocky the same way gogeta was in dbz against buu. i feel like they just wanted to end it the same way as dbz ended with a fusion and then failing and then doing a spirit bomb to end it all.

Veku too was cocky and goofy,gogeta being more serious then vegito is just a myth,they are the same fricking being born in different ways with slightly different appearence(probably with vegeta more dominant in vegito and goku more dominant in gogeta).

Both Vegito and Gogeta used an over blown ego to goat Buu and Omega into lowering their guard and doing what they wanted them to do. Vegito had to push Buu to the brink to make him absorb him without tipping him off that's what he wanted. Gogeta wanted Omega to try that negative bomb attack and immediately went to finish the fight as soon as he did. I don't think Vegito or Gogeta are nearly as egotistic as they are portrayed, it's all an act to throw their opponent off their intentions.

I wish all of dragon Ball z with Canon and connected including movies and specials it would be nice to see them all every once in awhile during their slice of Life moments talk about past villains and battles and stuff and reference stuff more to make more sense with the massive power scaling that everybody has. Also I do wonder if super Saiyan 4 gogeta was a super Saiyan God back then because I'm still wondering why the hair turned red he had a similar golden color to super Saiyan God's golden in the aura and it had sparkles

I think people really dont understand just how crippled Goku was during the fight with Omega, he was already really hungry that day and was about to stop for the day for food when Nova turned up he then continued to fight both Nova and Ice where Ice blinded him, SIn then turned up after Goku used the Dragon Fist and while yes Gohan Trunks and Goten restored Goku's energy to fight Omega again he was still basically at the end of his limits when Vegeta suggested the fusion.

I always just took it as Goku being too tired to keep it up being the reason they defused. Goku had already been fighting for a bit iirc and got a bit tired, so when they kicked it up a notch to actually go for the finish, he just wasn't able to keep up with his side of the output anymore while Vegeta's energy flared too far ahead.

The reason why the imbalance happen is because everyone forgot that vegeta was just getting ssj4. He probably wasnt as use to it like goku had. Goku had ssj4 for a long while throughout the series to the point that he was accustom to the transformation. Whereas Vegeta got ssj4 at the last minute in last arc. Also pay attention how vegeta's energy blast in that one scene didn't even phases omega. The imbalance happened because goku got his ssj4 the natural way whereas vegeta took the shortcut to get ssj4 through technology which made him slightly weaker because he didn’t have his tail and he tried to take a shortcut to a powerful transformation at the last minute unlike goku when he had ssj4 throughout most of GT to get a balance of Ssj4 👍

Goku Ssj4 stood no chance against Omega just as much as Vegeta didn't without a powerful technique like dragon fist , Vegeta ssj4 still catches Omega off guard in one scene and kicks him away . If anything Vegeta is more impressive than Goku for doing that to Omega the first time he turns ssj4 since Goku just had his full power of Ssj4 increased by a lot from the help of others to be that capable . And this thing again 🤦‍♂️ Goku took as much of a shortcut as Vegeta did , getting magically turned into a kid gaining his tail back then forcibly pulling it out , Vegeta used the machine instead of taking the exact same " shortcut " Goku did . Goku is using magic for a tail , Vegeta is using the machine.

The machine can't grant anyone ssj4 , that's quite literally not how it works at all , any saiyan by default is only capable of regular ozaru , which has always been the " shortcut " powerup , u don't get that by training and screaming , those are simply factors that don't matter in its case , any saiyan will turn into it when they receive blutz waves from an external source , Goku took the help of magic to get his tail back which works as the receiver of blutz waves for saiyans. The machine is replacing the tail becoming an alternate receiver for Vegeta instead of magic . In both cases the saiyans only turn into a regular ozaru initially which has never been some earned powerup and is the default capability of all saiyans , then turn golden because of their individual potential , and conquer their primal mind to turn into ssj4. Bulma herself wouldn't reply to Vegeta with " If Goku can do it u can do it too " when he doubted it saying he hadn't turned into an ozaru in ages , if the machine was simply granting ssj4 there's no need for faith there she doesn't need to say that as if technically it's not set in stone that he'll get it, so why does she say it ? BECAUSE IT'S NOT . All parts of the transformation which can achieved by their own work ARE achieved by their own work , it literally doesn't get less of a " shortcut " than this cuz ozaru is the first thing required for it .

Goku literally fought 6 dragons before and also fought sin Shenron and whooped his a#s , while vegeta literally spawned fresh with ssj4 and stood against omega shenron, Shenron in the series himself said use your fusion if you want but still can't defeat me and then Gohan explains that he is bluffing because he knows that dad power has been weaker because he has been fighting for way too long compared to anyone there , Goku ssj 4 is stronger than ssj 4 vegeta because of experience and zenkai boosts and even in raw power and speed , and also you are wrong the rays that hit vegeta helped him in achieving ssj4 , i think you have watched GT ways too long ago and never seen it again cause vegeta lost his hope that he can't achieve ss4 by himself but then bulma ensures that i made a ray gun which can help you achieve ssj4 because she did for baby and grow stronger to match Goku remember vegeta seen a full episode of flashbacks that he can't surpass Goku and can't achieve ssj4 by himself but bulma transmitted the rays which made him strong enough to go ozaruu (now if you say that those rays only grow tail and don't make anyone stronger then you are wrong , remember when baby vegeta lost against Goku in ssj4, bulma again hitted him with same ray gun and increased his power level in ozaru form so yeah , bulma hitted vegeta with easy way and still after that vegeta ssj 4 loses to goku now you will be thinking how is he weaker than goku well remember when ssj4 Goku wasn't exhausted and fought against nova he whooped nova but when fresh vegeta fought nova , he couldn't even react to novah speed and got humiliated (even after goku warned him that he is too fast for you to handle ) i can even go further if you want more proof , even omega shenron said that he will kill vegeta to stop fusion because he is weaker (even tho at that time goku was exhausted asf) ​@@humanman9920 you are fantastic boying vegeta way too much at least watch the show again to remember how much gap is between them

One little hint I’ve noticed is that gogeta using his life force to negate the karma ball is the exact reason why the timer went out sooner and not because he was using ssj4. Gotenks does revert to base instead of just defusing when he uses too much power in ssj3 after all. since a fusions life force is basically their time limit, it makes sense for it to cut short because of the karma ball

Here’s a plot hole: Instead of using the Big Bang Kamehameha (a high intensity move that would drain the rest of his time) why didn’t Gogeta use the Stardust Breaker to explode Omega Shenron? It clearly shows that Ssj4 Gogeta can turn negative energy positive merely by touching it, plus Stardust Breaker doesn’t need you to continuously pour energy into it. Stardust Breaker is LITERALLY a hybrid move of the Heart Attack beam that Spike the Devilman uses and the Spirit Bomb. Both moves have a unique way of dealing with “evil/negative” energy and since Omega Shenron is literally made of the stuff, a Stardust breaker could have one shot him..

Vegito defusing was because they were a potara fusion, they are held together by a middle man. Super Saiyan blue Gogeta in the Broly movie went far more wild, far more energy attacks, at a higher level of strength.

I dont think there was a power imbalance. If you remember goku said if the powers arent equally matched no fusion. Why him and piccolo doing the form perfectly resulted in no fusion. I think it was just so overpowered that the time limit was reduced as already stated in the show. No reason to speculate further.

I think this proves that fusion is NOT an entirely new being but is still technically half and half. If Goku being drained made them separate that wouldn't matter if gogeta is truly his own person because at that point Goku shouldn't exist so there shouldn't be an imbalance like that.

What about BOTH of Goku and Vegeta's weakened bodies in both Fusion fights against Janemba and DBS Broly? Fusion didn't run out of time or break in either of those instances and in both Gogeta threw out crazy attacks and went even more insane in DBS. Stardust Falls, Stardust Breakers, God Breakers, that big punch explosion move, and that Full Power Kamehameha that was going to KILL DBS Broly. Your just bsing for clicks and views grow up.
