Thanks, Boris, for granting us a glimpse of this lovely property. I particularly adored the wrap-around balcony. HOWEVER, this house is so overvalued that it should include its very own treasure map to aid in locating the missing value! Given the price, it ought to come with a direct teleportation feature to bypass the mortgage payments!

How much are the land rates and do you pay for utilities and if so how much per month?

Quite cheap. $12 per year for this. Utilities really depends on your usage but I would put $150 per month on the higher side for an average family
