Although I agree that Talmudic/Rabbinical Judaism can at times seem exclusionary, Judaism isn’t really a religion and was never meant to be, biblically speaking. The point of Judaism was to spread the word of God’s existence and his commandments. Jews don’t want anyone to convert because there isn’t supposed to be anything to convert to.

What do you mean kingdom of god? Like the Jewish concept of afterlife/heaven? No, there will be plenty of non Jews there as far as most theories go. Ifs more from the concept of let’s say a family home and everyone has their role they’re expected to fulfill. Maybe the mom cooks but dad washes the dishes, etc everyone has their own role to play. And if there are multiple kids in the house, usually the older sibling is the one that’s expected to do more of the chores, he/she’s the one held to a higher responsibility expectation by the parent .. doesn’t make the other kids less or more valuable or more or less part of the household. And yes people can convert to Judaism but Jews are supposed to discourage the person bc as a convert they’d have to keep all the commandments (so basically be fully fully religious lifestyle always) and this is crazy difficult. I will tell you most Jews don’t fill this role, but the ultra orthodox usually try the most And also discouraged bc you’re good enough as it is, why would you volunteer to take on more duties when you don’t have to.

These rules are also usually generalized and not specific. I deleted my too long comment ☺️ in short, Judaism developed a sort of "universal" perspective under the influence of Christianity and Islam who were actually about a God for everyone and not an ethnic deity for some tribes.Judaism struggles and always will with the notion of "choseness", whose elitism and inherent "spiritual / ethnic racism" is actually troubling and modern Jewish thinkers addressed bravely the issue. What Jews think of non Jews is a Jewish concern, trying to keep together their identity based on choseness and sort of balance with a world that since OT times doesn't agree on being considered sub human. Btw just one thing , it's not true that "Jews don't proselitize" .They did in pre-christian times. Then it just became not safe, it wasn't a spiritual take on "you don't need to convert".

Another good example of the complexity of the human species overthinking life. No one is born a Jew, Christian, Buddhist, Muslim and so on, they are born human. Our parents/ guardians then tell us what we are and teach us their ways. Here's the very basics of it all. You are born a human being in geographical location on the planet earth with whatever bloodline and which usually determines what faith you follow. From there your told/trained about that faith by parents, guardians, friends and so on. You either follow it or you don't. It's that simple.

A somewhat forgotten truth of Christianity as well. It was also bringing God to man (Or rather God intervening in the world openly and declaring that "heaven" will come to earth permanently in the future). "Thy Kingdom Come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven". We pray this everyday. Christianity certainly was never a religion solely based on the (false) idea that you just wait to die and go to heaven/better place. You live life now as if you're ready there and the Chritain community is supposed to be a picture of what the future world of peace, knowledge, equality, happiness and heavinliness is going to be like.

The word itself is not in the Hebrew OT, but it became popular during the Roman empire. The Romans used his term as a reference to the inhabitants of Judea. Hence, the word jew, which is a shortened version of the term Judean. It's important to note that during this time the populace in Judea was not a homogenous group of people as various different ethnic groups were represented in that part of the land.

I agree that his rhethorical skills are good, but you have to take a step back and think it through to see what he doesn't say. Also, listen to what other rabbis say before you make a decision. Most of them say that most of the non-Jews need to die for various violations of the religious rules they want to be binding for us, and many of them say that (implicitly: once they gained complete world domination) the highest wish of a non-Jew is to be a slave to a Jew - meaning, that life for people who are neither Jews nor their slaves, will be absolutely horrific, if it doesn't mean death altogether.

That's because it's not in the scriptures (Hebrew OT). The talmud, quran and new testament aren't part of the Hebrew OT. If this rabbi was bold enough to cite from the talmud this video would have given people (especially christians for Jews) a different perspective altogether about those that call themselves jews or jewish. Like somebody already mentioned in this thread, jews believe what thus saith the rabbi. Not so much what Hashem says.

@@Shane-zx4ps Biblical Judaism and Biblical Christianity, unlike all other (pagan) religions, does not teach that we are to manipulate G-D to do our bidding. In effect, these other religions bring down their g-ds to earth, to do their bidding, either by spell, chant, sacrifice, or some bribery. Certainly, sacrifices in Judeo-Christian Bible teaching exists, but it is for payment for sin, or part of praising/thanking G-D. The Rabbi here in this video SOUNDED like he was saying we are to bring G-D down to earth ourselves. In esoteric terms, the so-called Magen David symbolizes a PAGAN practice, where one triangle points up to G-D, and the other down to man. Thus, there is a mirroring effect of what happens above causes what happens below, AND VISA VERSA. I personally reject this symbol, since I believe it is the "star" Israel took with them from Egypt, as per the prophet Amos in 5:26. I was hoping the Rabbi could clarify his point.

the word "Jew" or "Jewish" isn't even located as scripture. Rabbi and i look up to You and say Rabbi, most of the people in this world, do-not want to be labeled Jewish. i was just at a Jewish [men sleep here, women sleep there] retreat and there was a biblically/Hebrew speaking/adopted at birth aged/don't know my parents- woman who boldly rejected and said: "i am not jewish, i am not jewish, The Commandments are for Jews", "I'm a Gentile" and she showed us her Rabbi memorial laminated card in her purse. i have no clue what could motivate this. but people and me circle and rejoice with YAH~ish people. i know of many people don't believe or want to be a Jew. as scripture says 🍞💦Jer51:9 there is no cure for Babylon. anything opposite of Babylon is on the side of HaSHEM curing. no- everyone does not have to be jewish to serve HaSHEM, it's actually condemning to think that way, but i wish everyone was Pro-YAH and Pro-Shabbat.

I have familiarized myself with the history of Germanic Jews since the 1800s in order to understand why my family came here. It’s very sad because in my opinion after learning so much, I believe they were forced by society to reject their culture and Jewish beliefs. I have always felt very strongly that being a Jew would bring me closer to the higher power of the universe, to the energy of creation and help guide me in the direction of growing as a person. I do not believe I am still considered a Jew by blood, but I would really love to return my own beliefs to Judaism not only in honor of my family but also because it would feel great to me personally. The title of this video says what Judaism says about non-Jews not what the Torah/Bible says. By the way, there were no Jews, the children of the Most High are called Israelites in the Torah/Bible. Furthermore, there is no such landmass called Israel. The landmass is called Jerusalem. Lastly, why is the media complicit in the false information campaign? If you have read the Torah you would know that Israel is not a landmass but the 12 tribes (Israelites) or sons of Jacob/Isreal. Jacob’s name was changed after he wrestled with the angle. “And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭32:26-28, 30‬ ‭KJV‬‬ “who teacheth us more than the beasts of the earth, and maketh us wiser than the fowls of heaven? There they cry, but none giveth answer, because of the pride of evil men. Surely God will not hear vanity, neither will the Almighty regard it.” ‭‭Job‬ ‭35‬:‭11‬-‭13‬ ‭KJVAAE‬‬ “The earth is given into the hand of the wicked: he covereth the faces of the judges thereof; if not, where, and who is he?” ‭‭Job‬ ‭9:24‬ ‭KJVAAE‬‬ These people don't realize that what they do speaks louder than the words that come from their mouths. The Most High is slowly removing the mask to reveal their true character, and these people are always talking about their belief in a God, which god (the evil one). Research everything you hear because everything should be proven. What you believe and what you can prove equals truth. “For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the Lord made the heavens.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭96‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭KJVAAE‬‬ Are the Europeans in America criticizing the people in Jerusalem that’s hypocritical, they treat Blacks in America the same way. hy·poc·ri·sy /həˈpäkrəsē/ noun 1. the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behavior does not conform; pretense. It's not what you believe, it's what you can prove, now prove it. All religions are pagan.
