It is similar to we cant see sun with our eyes though it is light- it is too much light for us. For devatas who are prakasha roopa themselves, seeing Sun is possible. Our rishies could see devatas because of their own tapas tejas.

Usually Brahmanas keep doing their japa mentally whenever they get a break. Even if they dont, the mantra they do upasana with , will be running in the background of mind all the time, even in sleep. Anyone who has had deeksha from a powerful guru can verify this in practice. Hence the archakas mantra japa is constantly with him, turning him into the devata of that mantra or at least bringing that devata in that place. many have heard the dictum naarudro rudram archayet. By this constant dhyanam, one temporarily forgets ones bodily identity and becomes one with God, only then he is eligible to do worship upasana of that deity.That the mantras can be passed on in lineage can be seen practically as one easily picks up and memorizes vedas or certain upasana slokas mantras etc even in childhood , less than 5 years also. For several generations, the ancestors upasana japa etc remain dormant and can manifest under right circumstances. No doubt these are passed on in lineage and starts benefitting from childhood thus enabling even a little boy from archaka family face the divine energy without being harmed. And from generation to generation, tapas shakthi can increase, building from where previous generation left one with.

this is the reason , all skills and knowledge is preserved in lineage in the great varnashrama dharma. From one generation to another it builds up and improves exponentially. This is especially true in spiritual field. And all professions are not for mere earning, but for the spiritual and mental upliftment of individual as well. Now jobs are devoid of dharma and hence no spiritual or mental progress is possible from them. One should preserve at least part of ones kula dharma, praying circumstances will improve for one to go back to it full time later. Especially vaidikas should do this

Science behind these as explained by an american who had studied agama shastra: In temples the divine energy is captured with all vedic rituals kumbhabhishekam etc. and saved in garbhagruha. It stays effective for a period of about 12 years after which kumbhabhishekam is required again to renovate ( acharya tapas of archakas and amnayam etc help nurture this and perhaps even prolong this for a while). Garbhagruha is almost sealed with this energy and vibrations- no sunlight no air . particularly electric light severely interferes with this energy. This energy comes out to devotees in sine wave pattern and the devotees stand on either side of this wave to receive the energy and benefit. If one directly stands in the way of this energy without having sufficient tapas as related to that deity worship, this energy harms him/her severely. That is why devotees stand on either side . Only shivacharyas can stand in front. Especially one should not go between nandi and shiva as the energy cant be taken by all. If this is the warning for even standing outside the garbhagruha , inside grabhagruha it is even more. In order to stand inside one should be deekshita in the particular deity mantra. Only then the divine power can sync with him. If there is not sufficent tapas, and if the temple has strong divinity via regular agama practices, the one who enters grabhagrusha will surely be harmed physically and mentally and more so spiritually. It is not a joke. Those who have entered garbha gruham without knowing these facts, are going to suffer. Whoever put them to this danger may not get harmed this directly , but will get back by their won karma of meddling with temples with ill-intention. All the rules imposed by shastras are for good of all, not for increasing ahankara of brahmana. In fact all this uncertain income life, living by charity (now ridiculed as pitchai by nastikas) are all a tapas for reducing ahankara and pride. and that is why a Brahmana is so respectable.

Everybody has a unique capacity and weaknesses according to their birth jaati. That is how karma works. Each one should be proud of the work and sewa done by their own kulams and lineage, and keep up the skills and knowledge that has been handed over in their lineage/generations. That is most important. Each one should exist as part of the whole. Not like hands are jealous about eyes, eyes about head etc etc. If all of them dont abide by each owns unique dharma, how will the body function? For 1000s of years country prospered because of varnashrama dharma, each one doing their duty as worship to God, without competing but only cooperating. Brahmanas took up the no means of earning but by charity life, shouldring the responsibility of spreading dharma in society. They also have ahimsa satyam patience etc vratams and hence it sis the responsibility of the rest of the society to protect them. Cows and brahmanas- if they are not protected, it is not Hinduism . Why is this complex that brahmans life is easy superior etc? One should make use of their own capabilities and not try to usurp the domains of others. Mango has its place and banana has its place and use. Within them there are so many categories. We carefully protect these jaaties and breeds in plants animals etc. so they can be put to proper use.That is why indian food system was so healthy. GMO and hybrids only resulted in poisoning food chain.Ignorance about the hardships and tapas and brahmacharya etc required in brahmana life , is the reason for such misunderstandings even among brahmana bandhus. We dont read or learn from guru parampara, the history and duties and hardships of a brahmana. We should all recollect how many vratams and tapas and upavasa s japams our own elders did everyday even after leaving vedic education. We should be proud of their tapas and try to follow at least in a small way. Only because of such tapas our ancestors could get the knowledge of vedas and retain them perfectly, use them properly and do good to the world. This tapas is the unique capacity of brahmanas. @@baskarj7937 சகோதரரே. இந்து வா இந்து இல்லையா என்பதை விட அந்த ஆலயங்களில் பல ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகளாக பின்பற்றி வந்த மரபு பின்பற்ற படுமா? இவர்கள் உண்மையாக ஆகமம் கற்றவர்களா? இந்த நாத்திக அரசு கொடுக்கும் ஆகமம் சான்றிதழ் எப்படி உண்மையாக இருக்கும்? இவர்கள் ஒரு மழைக்கு கூட கோவில் பக்கம் சென்று இருப்பார்களா தெரியாது. ஆகம ரீதியில் உள்ள கோவில்களில் ஆகம ரீதியில் தான் பூஜை நடைபெற வேண்டும். ஒரு வருடத்தில் கற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாது. அது பல வருட படிப்பு மற்றும் பல வருட பயிற்சி பெற்ற பின்பே ஒருவர் அர்ச்சகர் ஆகிறார். இவர்கள் வெறும் 13 மாதம் பயிற்சி பெற்றேன் என்று கூறி இன்று கருவறைக்குள் நுழைக்கிறார்கள். ஒரு வருடம் அனுபவம் உள்ள மருத்துவரிடம் நீங்கள் இதய அறுவை சிகிச்சை செய்வீர்களா?

People should protect archagars. Now they are all in their own world and they have become self centered. If at all, people want peace and prosperity, they have to come together and throw away the people who do this kalangam to archagars. Really Bhagavan is seeing all these, so we should remember that he is also seeing the callousness of the people.
