I chew my food until it’s liquid form. I have notice some positive benefits. Less bloating, eating less because I’m full and tired of chewing also tasted food more so and slowly and I think it will help digestion because liquid takes less time to digest I guess

But my mom doesn't let me chew my food slowly 😅 she says i will not be able to finish my food during functions at relatives' homes😅😅. Also it becomes very boring and uncomfortable sitting and chewing your food while others seated before you have eaten their foods 😢😢

Chew your drinks and Drink your food. Good workout for your jaw, mouth and tongue, you get more nutrition out of your food and bathroom visits will be so much easier :) if you like chocolate then try keeping it in your mouth and mixing it with your saliva as much as you can because you'll get satisfied faster thus you'll need a lot less of it.

In my case not chewing caused really fast undigested food to come out and always being bloated. This is why they sell digestive enzymes because we don’t produce them when we don’t chew.

I have had severe anxiety and I’ve seen couple videos I believe now the root cause is not chewing properly leading to heart burn, gas, bloating and all sorts of digestive issues and then leading to severe anxiety. Make sticky notes to remind yourself, but do it This will help a lot

I got my gallbladder removed yesterday. My biggest fear is that I will gain a whole lot of weight. Chewing my food, understanding my new digestive system, and watching movies like this, will hopefully help keep me aware of my new condition. And help me be weight healthy.

I don’t know that I can help you with your mom. But boredom because you’re the last one eating is different. It’s just a choice of whether or not chewing your food well is more important than moving on to other things quickly.

Is there any difference in chewing ur food or drinking it? For example I usually blend food like chicken and veggies and maybe like a handful of almonds a few times a day do to busy work schedule. Wud it b a problem in the future if I continue this?

There is a big difference. Drinking your food doesn’t use the muscles in your face neck and jaw the same way chewing does. This can lead to a narrower pallet, crowded teeth, and breathing difficulties.
