Why should you serve others | Experience of Non-Devotee | Sathya Sai Miracles

When we serve others, we are actually serving ourselves!
On one occasion, Sri Sathya Sai Baba asked the students and teachers whether they were aware of the reason why He insists on them serving prasadam to the devotees in any assembly. As is the case generally, nobody was able to fathom the correct reason. With a smile, Swami Himself gave the answer. He said,
“There will be times and situations in the future when you will require my help and intercession. This act of prasadam-distribution done now will ensure that you are worthy of my Grace then. Then, my Grace will flow to you without limit.”
Here is another experience of a non-devotee who received a solution to his problem through an amazing sequence of events. And it all boiled down to him accumulating good karma through service and satsangh.

Remembering those days I was at the super speciality hospital, could not believe it's system of sering the needy, all only by our dear Sai brothers and sisters on Seva. The morning suprabhath the blissful morning bhajans around the premises , the neatness.. Swami's room there we were permitted to enter.. the Ganapati sannidhanam there... it is the heaven on earth. Thank you Sai... U made me to feel the blessings of God 🙏🙏

Indeed you are a great story teller. Love all your videos. And to be honest it has helped me to re-connect with baba. Though I am baba's devotee since birth (courtesy to my maternal grandparents and mother who has been a devotee since her childhood and had the opportunity to attend baba's summer courses in 70's couple of times) but over the period of time that connection was lost or rather faded for me. But early this year my spiritual journey started with yours and Prem's satsang series on baba's early years. And I am really grateful to both of you to help me re-establish that connection with your satsangs. And since then I am watching your videos. And this year has been difficult for me at personal level but with baba's grace it all settled down well and I was able to go through it because of spiritual connection I was able to re-establish this year. And I strongly believe baba had chosen to come back to my life this year because he already what's coming and how much I would need his presence to come out of it. Sairam bhaiya, lovely Satsang pondering on the importance of Selfless Service. I love to indulge myself into different sewa activities, but sometimes I feel helpless, when due to family reasons I am not able to participate, as I don’t feel like going against the wishes of my family. I often face this dilemma. What is your take on this? For me Swami too is a part of my family. I feel very dejected & guilty sometimes when such things happen.
