Love to see these short videos explaining core ideas in calisthenics. Many of us have to learn what the scapula is and does through loads of tutorials and personal experience, however you have explained it in one short and concise video.

Thanks for the interesting videos. Do you have any tips on? Stopping thumb pain when doing dips on parallel bars I have found that I have pain in my thumb is after doing sets of dips. Is this normal and will it go away after continued sets and reps or have I just weak thumbs LOL

sounds like your thumb is resting along the bar instead of wrap around it, that can certainly be painful. Wrist position can also be an issue.
