Many people don't seem to completely understand why shu turned Red Eye. It's not just because he lost against Free and Lui and not because Spryzen broke. It's because he couldn't fullfill his promise to Valt of making to Finals. Both Valt and Shu valued so much about their friendship and their promises to eachother. And Shu left to America because he couldn't fullfill his promise and wanted to become stronger. And this combined with all the factors like Storm Spryzen breaking and losing to Lui and Free and Glass's manipulation transformed him

Nah shu character development is nule, he doesn't even have a personality despite being "edgy" he just doesn't shows no emotions nor personality, he hasn't even done nothing that important, par of the red eye arc it just makes no sense at all, becoming evil just because he lost twice, those 2 people being the stronges ones on the world, it just stupid, till the point the chsracter itself it's just a filler, look at him after god, he has no talent at all o the point his bey it's just a circle with burst stoppers, spamming the burst stoppers on every strong attack , he used to be talented and smart, now he's jut not

Shu is definitely not a loser but I thought you were going to talk about why shu hates lui or why lui hates shu? I know why shu hates lui even though there realionship improved but I never understood why lui hated shu? Shu actually had the biggest and best character development and growth. In the beginning he was keeping his pain and thoughts to himself but in surge he talked to valt and his pain and thoughts which is an amazing development. Lui was a monster in burst and evolution don't get me wrong I liked lui I liked how sassy he is.

Shu is not a looser but Red Eye is the biggest looser in the Burst Manga [ got a scar while getting completlely crushed then got his storm spriggan broken without the help of wakiya then went Red Eye to hide from his past but ended with legend spriggan being broken and Lui gave him 3 days to repair his bey and come with a new one then when broke Longinus he was insulting it[ not Lui ]and acting like a complete looser saying that a lose is a lose when the finals would be Valt vs Lui if Lui didnt give Shu a chance to battle again ]

Heres whats never adressed Shu is actually the weakest in term of resonance since in god he needed a artificial resonance to connect to spriggan and ever since god he has had this artificial resonance which is weaker than natural resonance reasons why bladders like free lui and valt can easily overpower him but its only thanks to his strategies that help him (And his..gimmick stealing) Now im not saying hes a loser it’s actually impressive how far he can go with a artificial resonance to the point he can even go toe to toe but he is overrated but not a loser

That's interesting you mention that, I've heard others say the same about Drago; I can't say for sure. Shu is has so much potential, I hope the writers can one day continue his story. Remember that not all beys are made the same, even if bought in the same store, so it may be he has a weaker Spriggan or has worn teeth🤔 I agree, Spriggan is always a top tier choice for me too.
