I don't know why everyone really thought shu was going to be evil again. I also don't know why people call red eye " evil" He was ruthless but there are characters that were worst . All he did was win but in a very fast and hard way he didn't even destroy ever bey he battled against. I mean I believed that shu was just trying to help lain by keeping an eye on him. I mean he was his mentor after all. I really liked that. that showed how much he is guilty about becoming red eye ( even thoughhe wasn't that bad ).

@@BeybladeDad Yeah shu is more popular than valt but I don't really think anyone understands his character or like him for the right reasons. People actually like red eye but just because he is related to shu. Also red eye is one of the most misunderstood characters I know. Red eye ws ruthless in his way of blading he did destroy three beys . One of them was valt . Second was lui and as much as I like lui he deserved it don't get me wrong I like lui I like how he is the sassiest character however he did deserve this after giving shu this scar after humiliating him after insulting him he does deserve it. I don't remember the third one. Red eye never actually insulted anyone he was ruthless in his ways but I don't even see him as the main antagonist because he was a subject for experiments. Am I the only one who felt sorry for shu? I mean he was the first character that his bey got destroyed. He realised that it was his fault. He broke his promise with his friend. I even got the impression that shu started hating himself for all of these things.

Lui gave it to him. In the finals of the tournament Shu and Lui were the finalists. Lui was so angry at Shu so he got a ring out finish and Spriggan striked into Shu's eye.
