Not sure if i seenu run it i think so I've been running unsealed spelbook and smite with nimbus cloak and celerity. Taking hexflash and recall boots. I like smite nimbus cloak for the speed in lane or running away or to a proxy its basically always up. The worst that can happen you die a lot and become worth less sooner.

very very less jg can gank a toplaner lvl 2 and singed has ghost to run away any way . in high elo if you gank very early and gank fails then enemy jg can take advantage of that and perma invade you .

Haven't played in 9 years but loved the gameplay. Good Singed players are hard to come by (at least when I played).

why do you let the tower kill you and don't recall? is there a particular reason for that?

Dying is and respawning is faster than waiting for recall

I think it technically gets you to lane faster and you avoid someone stopping your recall/killing you

At lower levels, I think before level 5, the respawn timer is faster than recalling and therefore safer, and since you are executing, the opposing team gets no xp or gold from it either.
