Genuine question: What are you even supposed to do against getting proxied?

Repeatedly gank. Since they're behind the tower, they have limited ways to escape. But without that kind of support, it's essentially both top laners doing the same thing. tanking the wave and clearing it. Usually the person getting proxied is at a disadvantage because they can't tank the wave for that long. And then any gank = a kill. But if you pull that same thing on them, ideally you get enough of a lead on them that you can take that advantage to other lanes. To allow someone to proxy farm, they essentially farm perfectly and don't miss last hits and if you're having to farm and fight the tower for the last hits, you're going to miss some. The primary problem is that if you do devote resources to kill the person proxying the lane, then the other jungler can try and capitalize somewhere else on the map. Plus you likely lose your wave to tower. So they have to be timed very well in order to be successful. The perfect example is @6:40 where they do a fairly good gank. Sadly, it's right when Mord's has a giant wave is at the turret, but they gank, they get Zwag's flash. But because Warwick chased poorly and and Mord didn't back him up, Warwick died. Mordekaiser went to farm the lane to try and shove it into tower.

You counter proxy with proxy. Ideally, you proxy 2 or 3 waves, recall, and then walk the next wave back to your tower. That way even if you fight the other top laner on the way back, you will still be able to catch your wave with minimal XP and gold loss

one problem with this game is your build. you NEED crystal scepter on singed. The slow is way too important to his build to not get it. Between HP and AP gained from it too it becomes truly indespensable as a 1st or 2nd item.
