Why So Serious?

As I am traveling to Texas to compete at the 2024 Crossfit Games I wanted to bring you guys along on a few training days at CrossFit Krypton.
Training hard and having fun with the crew is my absolute highlight of the year.

😂😂. She woke the beast at Rogue when she on a live broadcast said that she's glad she finally beat Tia, vindicating her CF games win bc Tia wasn't there. This was completely immature and unprofessional and a false equivalency. The fact is that Laura doesn't have the dog in her like Tia. Tia will crush the field, and Laura will need to be cool, calm, and unserious when she realizes she will never be better than Tia.

They are training around 6 hours a day. They need the carbs. Normal people workout 1 hour a day. We don’t need certain carbs like they do.

She's gonna need to be relaxed and perfunctory bc she's gonna lose. Remember when she thought she was vindicated for winning the CF games by beating Tia at Rogue by a couple of pts after Tia had a baby 6m prior. No one questions Laura's athletic prowess, just her ridiculously immature attitude and mindset. She acts like she doesn't care about winning and she "just has to do her very best«, but all she wants to do is prove she can beat the goat at the goats best...without actually saying it. Who does this? Who pretends they don't want yo be the best while wanting desperately to be the best? Laura's does bc she's a brat. Tia will tell you straight up that she wants to kick everyone's ass and be the №1. That's respectable.
