The Rep of Somaliland is not a breakaway State. It was annexed by Somalia after it gained independence and de jure recognition. June 26th 1960 is the Rep of Somaliland's independence day. May 1991 is when she regained her internal sovereignty via a National Liberation Movement. Somalia a UN trust territory, with the help of Italy manipulated the data to gain a UN seat illegally. That is the political currency Somalia uses today. Good Kenya Lawyers can make a lot of money by exposing this fraud. Kenya should have won at the ICJ on Maritime dispute because Somalia is using Somaliland's independence and recognition of 26th June to take Kenys to court. Somaliland and Kenya don't share a border. A Kenyan researcher or lawyer who wants their name out there should look into this.
